I have been using MyTAXPrepOffice for the past five years, and it has been a great partner to my business. The program is easy to use, it has a lot of great features that save time and money, like free electronic signature, "mytaxportal" for clients to upload documents.

I have been using MyTAXPrepOffice for two seasons now and have been able to file returns in prior years, as well as convert returns from my other software. Their support team is always available and extremely helpful. Navigation is simple and with unlimited filings I don't have to be concerned with costs other than the subscription, which offers multi-state filings also at no additional charge. As long as I am preparing returns I will use this software.
I have worked with several different software programs and found that MyTaxPrep to be user friendly and a cost competitive software which has features that cover individual, business, and corporate tax returns that can handle various client needs. The customer service is knowledgeable and can handle most inquiries in regards to the software and are also open to suggestions for any improvements. We must all keep in mind when utilizing any type of tax software that the answers to actual tax related questions must be directed IRS.
Well w stress in everyone's life along w no one is walking a mile in another's shoes, ppl can come off grumpy, so if I came off "unlady like' I deeply apologize, But a Refreal who was on the phone w me was So kind & patient, I kept saying "for him to put up w me He deserves a raise.
The program, the online help resources, the IT specialist have all been fantastic to work with over the years. I especially like the online platform, where it is accessible to me where ever I am, including on my phone.

This will be my tenth year using My Tax Prep Office. The app carries all the states for no extra charge and you can print or email with no extra charges. Tech support is great. My questions are answered within two days, even in the busiest part of the season. All forms are included with the app, even forms that the big tax prep software companies don't carry. Signing the return remotely is easy for most clients. I will continue to use My Tax Prep Office.
I have been using Mytaxprepoffice software for many years with much success. It is a great value in my opinion. My only issues come with the state programs, especially Pennsylvania, that don't automatically bring over the information from the Federal. It requires a lot of manual checking and intervention. That is the reason that I gave it only 4 stars.

This software is easy to use. Price is affordable. I had a few technical issues in the last 7 seven years; they were resolved quickly.
I like the new AI process. Data input should be quicker and easier to review.
The system from last year is excellent for experienced tax pros who want to keep control of costs. Support is responsive. My rating is a 4 and not a 5 because they have never provided a decent paper tax organizer. That is annoying because many of my clients are older and do not want to use the perfectly fine online organizer.
I like everything about myTAXprep office, the only reason I give it a four is because I use TaxDome, and would like myTax Prep Office to intergrate with them
