The software has a lot of limitations that I am not happy with. Trying to navigate around the shortfalls has been a significant time drain. Otherwise a lot of the features have been getting better but certainly need more improvements to compete with other software packages.

Switched from a different Tax provider as this is much more modernized solution: always updated with no need for manual updates, e-signatures included, clients can upload their info into the portal, pay online for the services as well. Great!

So far, my experience with MyTaxPrep has been very positive. The one-on-one training was excellent, every question I had was answered promptly, and the software has worked smoothly without any issues.
Had a client with differential Care the Button was not calulating, call in on the 27th no one could figue it out, and chase ext 742 solved my problem. Great asset to your company

Tuvo la paciencia para contestar todas las preguntas y dudas que tenia, He trabajado con este sistema desde el 2025 y me parece muy agradable y muy fácil de manejar. Lo recomiendo 100%. Además la atención al cliente es excelente y están a la disposición cada vez que los necesitas.
