I've had a really great experience with this program in the 2021 Tax season. The help is especially super. I never had to wait longer than a few minutes for answers on the phone. Even at the height of the Tax Season the people were always there and extremely helpful. After the season was over they were always there still ready to answer any question. The e-filing was the best I have ever seen in my many years of Tax Prep work

I purchased MyTaxPrepOffice software last year and I find it to be very user friendly and the support staff is professional, courteous and very patient with new clients. They have been more than willing to listen to their customers and except suggestions. They have made necessary improvements to their program to help my experience move more proficiently.

I found the initial Demo and the one-on-one training to be fantastic! MyTAXPrepOffice appears to offer most of what I am looking for in a tax prep software. Shout out to the agent (Kaisha?) who went through training with me. She was fantastic, going only over things I hadn't already seen and showing me some awesome features. I plan to run side-by-side with current but feel that my mind is already made up. I can't wait to get started!
