I was very please with the review of my Tax Software.
My Tax prep office representative meant their primary goal for me and increasing my understanding of the software.

As a brand new customer, I just completed a one-on-one tutorial (virtually). It was terrific. The trainer left me feeling confident that I have selected the right vendor for my income tax preparation software. As a "30-year veteran", I don't need much help understanding my job, but like anyone, I was hesitant to expose myself to the dreaded "learning curve" of new software. After all, there is nothing simple about preparing a tax return. To be honest, I was "forced" to go shopping, due to non-competitive pricing with my long-time vendor. I couldn't justify remaining loyal to them any longer. MyTAXPrepOffice rescued me with affordable, yet sophisticated software. I don't anticipate any sacrifice in quality or service either. After two hours of training, I think this will be the best decision I've made in "30 years"!

HELLO EVERY I JUST HAVE TO SHARE MY EXPERIENCE WITH MY TAXEPREP THERE TEAM IS GREAT, WHEN EXPLIANING THE USE OF THE SOFTWARE. THIER IS NOT A WRONG QUESTION I WAS FEELING GOOD AFTER MY ONE ON ONE TRAINING. I HAVE BEEN USING THIS SOFTWARE FOR THREE YEARS SO FAR ITS AMAZING

I've been with them about 5 years after leaving drake. I love being able to do returns from anywhere and being able to provide my agents flexibility. Also the staff is very friendly and they they to help as much as possible. In fact I had a renewal issue and Temeka one of their agents not only fixed the problem but saved me $500. My Tax Prep Office definitely has my business.

Just went through my training and so far I am impressed. They got me all set up and made sure I'm ready for tax season. This software looks like it is going to be a significant improvement over my last software. I'm excited to start playing around with the different features to have a smooth tax season. With the client portal, all the templates for client letters and tax returns, and the signature app I will have a very professional and efficient tax business.

So far the MyTAXPrepOffice software seems easy to use and has a lot of features. Tameka, who walked me through the training was informative, pleasant, and helpful.

David went above and beyond to help me. He solved a problem that was on going for 2 weeks that tier 2 still has not responded too. David answered all my questions, with the most respect, I had questions on bank products, to marking paid a return, changing business name and adding EIN number. David even showed me additional information (sample returns) to use to help me understand the program better and I didn't even ask. (I am a new user) He is a superior asset to your company. Super, A++++, 100%, Great Job, Fantastic, WOW Awesome knowledge! Hope you get the picture of this amazing person. Thank you, Julie PS Love the program too!

I felt the training done by Temeka at ATX was very beneficial. She was very knowledgeable and thorough.

Tameka was excellent in going over the software and in explaining each step from the dashboard, Client Portal, e-file menu and making sure my firm information is set up correctly. She took the time after explaining to ask if I understood what she just explained. Coming from a different soft way such as Pro series can sometimes be a difficult transition when you have to enter information in a different way. However, she made me feel comfortable that I should be able to adjust without to much difficulty. She did an excellent job in making me feel comfortable, thank you.

After using another software for over 7 years, I was scared to make another change. However, with the 1-on-1 training with Temeka, I felt calm and comfortable that I don't have to worry because I can sense how great the support will be. The Training was informative and worthwhile. Thank you MyTaxPrepOffice! Looking forward for a great coming Tax Season. The most affordable Software I have seen in the market. Great Service!

My coach, Temeka, conducted herself very professionally with patience and tolerance to accommodate me so I could absorb at least 99% of everything she taught me. She is a well versed trainer on the subject.

The trainer was very patient and explain things real clear now I feel much comfortable about using the the new tax software. For the upcoming tax year.

I am so happy to buy the MyTaxPrep Office for year 2021 and 2022. It's very flexible and straightforward to use software. Big plus is the sales Brandon Davis who is not only a sales, but also a good tech person. He walked through all my questions relating to the software. What a fantastic and knowledgeable sales! I had a good introduction session with Temeca. I know there is a learning curve to every new software. I hope to soon achieve some proficiency in mytaxprepoffice
