Jessica Turner was awesome. I usually do not give feedback but I was very impress. I didn't have to wait for 15 minutes for someone to response. She was able to figure the issue I had with a client tax return. I love the software it is user friendly. I really appreciate Jessica Turner for her help. Thank You!

Customer service works quickly for me, I have very few issues that need addressed, and overall it is a smooth running program. I have a few glitches occasionally, but for the most part, you can't beat it for the cost. No one else can come close to their price.

State of the art software, and the nicest group of tech supporters. I wish I wouldn't known about My Tax prep Office as soon as they opened.

Yes some forms are not available, however the software has been great for my firm. Every year they have updated and it has great tools and easy dashboard! I would highly recommend this tax software for new small firms!

I called in today and needed help/question about a file. The representative, Kachjae was so knowledgeable, friendly, and courteous. She immediately took control of my computer and in a few minutes saw what the problem was and solved it. She was excellent and professional. This is my second year in using the program and I love it. I would recommend My TaxPrepOffice to all my friends and business associates. Thank you so much!

There is more than one week since tax season begun and IL form for 1120 returns are not available. I start loosing clients because of this. Also the "2 years comparison form" is available for 1040 returns and not for 1120. Other software have already all the forms

They improve every year. This year the "My Tax Portal" has saved me tons of time with collecting documents and getting signatures. If you have tried in the past and were not satisfied, I recommend trying them again.

In 35 years of accounting I found that this is the more complete software and easy to use in the market, also if you have a problem some person is around in the chat, I can't complaint and keep going with the good job, 6 stars is my evaluation.

This will be my third year using the program and I have had some glitches and some forms not populating as they should in the past but overall with the help of customer service support and also experiencing the program itself on my own I find it to be worth the money. And with the improvements of the program this year it is much easier. Thanks MyTAXPrepOffice and keep improving the software.

MyTaxPrepOffice is an awesome value. Its functionality compared to its price is out of this world. I have had occasions where forms that should auto-populate within the program did not do so but had the situation corrected by customer service. Overall MyTAXPrepOffice is a great tax preparation system.
