MyTaxPrepOffice is an awesome value. Its functionality compared to its price is out of this world. I have had occasions where forms that should auto-populate within the program did not do so but had the situation corrected by customer service. Overall MyTAXPrepOffice is a great tax preparation system.

Mytaxprep doesn't have all the bells and whistles that the much more expensive programs have, which is fine with me because I am not paying for something that I don't need. I find Mytaxprep to be totally adequate, easy to use, and the tech support is perfect.

The team is quick to resolve any questions or concerns and work hard to provide an efficient software to prepare and file taxes. Started using MyTAXPrepOffice tax software program in 2019. Had some concerns early on, but was able to get great tech support. As with any new software package, there was a period of learning how to use the new tax software versus my old tax software package. I deal mainly with individual personal tax returns and therefore unable to comment on any partnership or corporation applications. One may need to evaluate MyTAXPrepOffice based on what their tax practice needs are.
Tech support was such a great help in walking me through the financial portal and getting my browser to sync correctly. It is great to find a Tax software that has a great Tech Support Team. You Rock!
I have been using mytaxprep for a while as I do volunteer tax services as well. I referred other small tax owners to mytaxprep and was thanked a lot for letting them know about this software. I had some issues in the first couple years with calculations and some forms not auto populating. Yet it has improved year by year. With any software I think it's important to check your work. Response time via chat is decent during the tax season with knowledgeable agents. Thank you!
The first year was kind of rough, calculations had to be checked, but they assured me if I stuck with them all would be resolved. As far as I can tell, there are not too many issues left. I am a small office, so the price is great and the customer support is really good. I have used many different tax programs since we started efiling and I plan on staying with mytaxprepoffice.

I started using My Tax Prep Office in 2018, I have never been so happy. I love tech support because i can keep working and talk to them at the same time and not have to be on hold at all. Tech support is always right there at your side. The software is very user friendly and i would never go back to any other software. The price is just right and i can go on and on, but you will not regret your purchase. Happy Tax Season

I received a Marketing call right before last years tax season and decided to jump in. The rep gave me an incredible deal. I had been with Intuit ProSeries for the prior 20 years. I had decided to switch due to a computer malfunction and lost a year of data with ProSeries the prior year.
MyTaxPractice software is somewhat challenging for a "Boomer" to use initially but never having to worry about losing data again, makes it worth it.
The customer service team is very responsive.

I'm a retired partner of a national firm and have practiced for 41 years. I started when we would ship our return input sheets off to our computer center for processing. Later we moved to using expensive software by national software vendors. When I retired, I continue working as a consultant and also started my own tax practice. I found much less expensive software that was perfect for my practice through ATX. I was skeptical about making the change to MyTaxPrep, but the offer they made me made sense and I have not regretted it. I knew I'd have time invested in the learning curve, but it has been worth it. There's only been a few times that I've been frustrated with an issue and tech support has been great. I'm glad I made the move!
