I was excited about this gift. Spend 30 on 1-3 day shipping not including the 3 days it takes to get it shipped. I understood that, but once it shipped it said it would take regular delivery time which is 7-15 days. I reached out to their customer service and they said it nothing they can do. Why would you offer 3 day delivery if you won't provide that service. They won't even give my money back for the extra shipping. Terrible experience

I definitely recommend myphotowallet.com. If you're conflicted on wether or not to buy, do it! It's worth it and you won't regret it. I have purchased a keychain Spotify plate and have no regrets! Good condition, and beautiful! My purchase even came with a little bag which I don't know if every order gets but it is an amazing website overall.

I just don't have words, bad material, glue falling, the picture is bad and I waited so many weeks for this. I even gave them I tip. Too expensive for this, I feel so stupid, please don't buy it if you value your money.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. This company will not let me post my review on their site, so I have resorted elsewhere to make sure people know! I ordered my keychain over 3 weeks ago and still have not received it! I advise you not to waste your time and make the same mistake as I did. Their shipping company(YunExpress) is not reliable! I am highly disappointed in this company, and will not plan on purchasing from them in the future. This was my first purchase with this company, and it will also be my last.

It's been 10 business days and my package is not only not here, it's not even in the U.S. It's in China. I normally am not this stupid, but I fell for their advertising, and believed it would be a quick Christmas gift. The customer service reps respond like bots. 1 out of 10, would not recommend.

I ordered a custom stainless steel dog tag with a photo of me and my boyfriend, and a message for him on the back. I love the quality and speedy delivery. Got my item in about a week. I want to keep it for myself.

First of all, the reason i got this item from myphotowallet.com was to send a card to my mother who i hadn't seen in half a year after being kicked out and the company managed to print my message right on top of the Merry Christmas Logo. And then on the outside of the card the message reads, "Merry Christmas I wish you happy every day." It's so unprofessional and embarrassing. And the light up plaque i got looked decent with the light off but once i turned it on you can barely see anything printed on it except for the picture. Do not purchase from this website.

Your order does not shipped or get delivered when promised. Make sure you go to a more reputable company who will deliver when promised.

I haven't even received my order yet and I already hate this company! Customer service sucks! Never give you the information you're looking for, their customer team is incredibly rude! The last chat I was in was very unhelpful and they kicked me out before I could even reply! I should have read these reviews first cause majority is just crap! I pray the order isn't messed up and looks the way it's suppose to but I do not hold on hope for that as this is the absolute worst service and company I have every in my life encountered! $#*! this company! Stay away from it!

Seriously the worst company I have ever dealt with. I tried to order an item and I got a notice that the transaction could not be completed. Well I knew I had money in the account so I ordered from another company. I then get a confirmation email about an hour after I tried to order the item. I immediately emailed them and stated that I needed to cancel the order and I would like a refund. Well here we are 5 days later and I just keep getting told I can cancel the order and get a refund for a $9 restocking fee. I think that's BS but sure whatever just please issue the refund. Now I'm being told I can't get a refund at all due to a chargeback, whatever the hell that is.
Let's see how long it takes to actually get a refund. Save yourself time and money and just go elsewhere

I ordered a few things from there and was very pleased with the product. There was a slight issue with one of them and they emailed me right back and fixed the issue right away. Their products are worth it.

The wallet I bought is extremely cheaply made, and the photo replication that was supposed to personalize the wallet is only ok. I ended up throwing it away because it wasn't nice enough to give as a gift to the person I bought it for. Disappointed. The site also didn't post my negative review, so there's something fishy going on there.

Beautiful and just what I wanted. It's a perfect gift for a special person who needs a new wallet. Quality is great, price is really good. Overall very satisfied. I got it for my husband as a birthday gift, and his mouth dropped when he opened it. It couldn't have been more perfect than what I imagined.***These pictures are after months of use, and it still looks great. It was very stiff at first, but it's broken in and fits in my husband's pockets just fine.

The shipping sucks, it took 6 weeks for my order come in when it said a delivery date 5-7 business days and I paid so much in shipping costs. Their website says best support line and customer service. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKSS. I was emailing back and forth with their agent vivian and she never addressed my issues and she just kept asking me questions. It was a horrible experience! The website has a huge symbol of a headphone with customer service and they don't even have phone service. I had to drive to pick up my order because the delivery man never followed my instructions. The product was horrible. My keychain was scratched and had markings on the customized writing portion, and the keychain picture was so dark you couldn't even tell that there was a picture. You might as well just shop at your local customized gift shop! HORRIBLE SERVICE
