I ordered a wallet for my father with a picture of him and my daughter. It arrived and looked nothing like all their advertised items. My father didn't look human and both of them were unrecognizable and distorted. I contacted the company to explain that the quality of work they did was nothing like how they advertise and I want my money back. They blamed their shoddy work on the quality of the photo! The photo was fine other than the hand in one spot was a little blurry. That was not the issue. The issue is they are fraudulent and the way they engrave lacks detail and does not resemble the photos you provide. (And by the way at no point do they provide you a preview of how it's going to look prior to the engraving or shipping. That is problematic and suspect right there.) They would not give me my money back and wanted me to have it redone and to pay additional shipping! LMAO contacted my credit card company and they thankfully have my back. To avoid this mess, do not give these scammers your business!

I love how the wallet turned out! I got it for my dads birthday. He likes Grateful Dead so I found a cool image from the band. I like the details and the design of the wallet!

I ordered the wallet and it was a "huge" hit. I loved the details and fast shipping. The gift was well received. The wallet is really big but all in all a great keepsake or gift for men who love big wallets. Give yourself about 3 weeks lead time you'll love the product.

I needed an inexpensive, yet not cheap looking gift. After seeing MyPhotoWallet online, I really wanted an engraved bottle of alcohol,, but I chose a personalized wallet. I was embarrassed at having to buy such an inexpensive gift. Wow! When that wallet came in the mail, I was so excited. High quality, great packaging. I way under paid for that wallet. I am definitely going to be a returning customer! I highly recommend checking them out on line. I have written another review, but I'm not sure if it went through so decided to send this one.

I purchased this wallet as a Father's Day gift and received it recently, and it was not as advertised. My kids do not look like the picture I sent in. Awful are my only words. If I could give zero stars, I would. Do not purchase this wallet. It's a total joke.

Haven't received product. It's been 3 months. Emailed them a number of times, only to be told they are investigating where my parcel is. The last email I sent asking for a refund as my son's birthday was long gone, they emailed me back to say I must contact the postal service (they have never given a proper tracking number). Since when must customer's find their own parcels?
If every second person pays myphotowallet around $30 but never gets what they paid for, myphotowalllet must be a very lucrative business.

It's disgusting that there aren't steps in place to have cyber companies like this held accountable and prevented from trading on the Net!

I bought an engraved photo wallet for my husband on Father's Day! It turned out really cool. I used a picture of me and our dog. The only complaint I can think of is that my face wasn't fully engraved and the picture kind of cut off awkwardly, but overall I was really impressed!

It's very cute and standard sized wallet. Great quality. Highly recommended. My husband and his friends loved it.

I was very pleased with the quality and design of the product. I would have given a 5 star but the turn-around time was a little longer than I had liked. I do understand they have to customize for each individual. However, I wish they they had a quicker turn-around time.

I couldn't figure out what to get my husband for his first father's day and found this, I got a picture from our first date with our little one and sent it in. The wallet came in looking amazing and detailed down to the header of the menu on the table!

I buy at least 1-2 a year for an anniversary or just because. Quality of pictures always come out great. I will continue using. Thank you
