I recently purchased a photo wallet for a very special occasion, it was embossed with a lovely photo of my friends parents. It is his wedding soon and as his parents have passed, I wanted something special for his to keep. I was initially concerned about the possible delay and relayed this via email to the company. Customer services were excellent, they responded to my emails promptly and expedited my order so it arrived on time

Super functional case! Doesn't get in the way of charging, and the top and bottom are two separate pieces, making it easy to take apart and put back on if that is needed. It stay one really well. Great way to show your love for your favorite band and your favorite song by them!

I ordered a wallet with a picture of my husband and daughter for Father's Day. Despite a glitch in the initial order, customer service worked with me to provide the exact product I wanted. My husband loved the wallet and wasted no time in switching out his old wallet for the Photo Wallet!

Shipping took a week longer than they said and once I received the wallet it was poor quality and wallet and picture. I put a well lighted picture and the person looked like they were wearing a mask. They would only refund 15% even though it was trash and they agreed it was bad. Nothing like the pictures on the website.

I got the wallet for my boyfriend, my sons father, for Father's Day this year. I was so excited cause I did see some great looking ones in reviews, but when I got it, it was so horrible even though the picture I provided was great! I had to email their customer service and it took me a week or back and forth to get them to agree to a refund of the product price itself. They tried to offer me just $5 back, then a replacement and I had to pay more shipping (ha!), then the price MINUS 30% still and finally they listened to me and gave me the full refund of the actual product, not how much I spent (with shipping and such), but they only listened after I called them out on their shotty work and the fact it was on sale I wasn't giving up any more than the shipping cost. They hardly apologized too, the apologized the first and last message, never in between for all the hassle this was. This company is a joke. DO NOT BY FROM THEM!

Was embarrassed when my father opened it for Father's Day couldn't even notice the picture on front of wallet it looked like a black smear. Didn't get any refund or return email from "customer support " don't waste your money look for another store

When ordering um wallet it asked for 4 letter characters to engrave on the inside. I didn't want that so I put none. There was no option to op out of letter other then what I put. They literally printed none on the wallet and are refusing to acknowledge their mistake. Bought this as a Father's Day gift and now it's garbage

I ordered a wallet for my husbands first Father's Day and it is awful you can't even tell what the picture is. Their site also says FULL COVERAGE for product quality but they refuse to give me a refund.

Quality promised was not that at all and customer service is rude and unlrofessional. If whomever packaged my item thought it was okay to send that way, they need to be fired and also the customer service rep that will not issue a refund.

This is the worst place I have ever ordered from. You try to contact them. They don't answer back. Very very bad quality. Don't waste your time and money. Overall rating 0

Don't buy it! Be aware it's not glass, it's a cheap acrylic piece and a even cheaper piece of mdf. I wish I could have my money back - all I got was 20% of my money back after complaining of the extremely poor quality lol. A joke! I actually didn't gift it to my boyfriend because it really looks terrible. I had high hopes for it

The engraving was too dark on a dark wallet making it difficult to see. Also, looks like it was easily fade after my husband sits on his wallet while in his pocket. The shipping I paid cost more than the wallet and took over a week to get to me. Not what I expected.

I was very impressed with the quality, my only wish was that I increased the picture size. I also would've had a better quality photo not black and white.

Upset because I ordered from them 3 weeks ago and I still have not received my order! So unacceptable, they mention a turn around time for custom orders but no where did it say it would talk almost a month to arrive! I have yet to see it. But they are happy with taking my money 3 weeks ago and I have no product! Worst website to deal with. They should also advertise thAt they are shipping from the damn North Pole.
