When I ordered a personalized wooden guitar pick case with 3 picks for my fiance, one of the picks had a small error in the spacing. The quality of everything was great When I sent an email to this company I was met with an apology and nothing but professionalism. Vivian was very nice and gave me the option of a partial refund or a replacement. I chose a new one made and I know my fiance will love it! I will definitely be ordering from them again considering the quality and how well the situation was handled and quickly too!

Do not order from here. It is a fake shop and website. My first red flag was the day after I submitted my order I got 2 emails saying I still have items in the cart I finish checking out. But after 2 weeks the order still says processing. I'm not going to order from them again and definitely don't recommend them.

I ordered something from this site for Christmas but mistakenly did not put my apt # on the address. My shipment was then returned to the company without notification. I emailed them asking for a refund since shipping takes forever and wouldn't get here in time. They then told me I was unable to receive a refund and they would charge me extra once the package is returned to them to ship it out again! Absolutely crazy! They also do not have any way to call and contact them. It's all through email and they have not told me how much I will be charged to receive a package I no longer want. Terrible company who does not care about customers.

I paid $80aud for two wallets. Absolutely terrible, looks nothing like the original photos. One photo print is basically non existent and when ask for a refund they say it's not a fault. Really wish I ordered from PayPal cause they don't care what the product looks like and send you absolute crap.

There were some major quality issues with my order initially but after a bit of a tussle we got them resolved. The wallets I ordered came out decent.

I have been using My Photo Wallet for some time now. Everything that I have ordered has turned out phenomenal. One thing that I love about this website is that they will reach out to you with a proof to show you how it will look and if its to your liking they will go with it, but if not, they let you send in a clearer photo. They are not like other companies who just will put whatever you send on their products knowing its not going to be noticeable. I appreciate that so much and it shows they really care about their customers and their work. I will forever be a customer of theirs.

I ordered a photo blanket, soft, washable and the picture turned out great. You can also order blankets with multiple photos/collage.
The photo moon lamp is amazing, lights up nicely and picture quality is very clear.
My fav was the photo wallet my daughter and I ordered for her Dads father's day gift, very impressed! Definitely recommended this site! I have been 100% satisfied with the products I've purchased!
