Somewhere in the very fine print they are allowed to charge your account $35.80 to renew your subscription without ever sending you an email telling you they are going to do this. They also charge you a "foreign transaction fee" every time they charge your account. This is a bull$#*! way of scamming people out of their money. DO NOT USE!

Make sure you cancel as soon as you finish the resume or you will get smacked a hefty fee and you won't see it until you get your credit card bill. They sure won't notify you to make sure you are aware of the charge. They will not answer the online chat. Is not a user friendly site.

VERY DECEPTIVE! BEWARE. Son spent couple hours working on a resume only to find out they charge to print the thing, so I let him pay to print ONE resume. Now I have $70 in charges on my credit card! Customer service agents have been trained and know all the legal jargon to read off to the many angry customer calls they receive. They would not budge on crediting my account. I will dispute the charge on my card with my company but... I'm sure the company will continue to CHEAT unassuming customers and make $35 a month from each one until they are shut down. BUYER BEWARE!

Do not use this service! Once they get your credit or debit card info you are doomed. I was billed 35.80 for months without notification. This company is very misleading with their terms of service. These lowlifes thrive on the fact that they can slide their exorbitant fees past you and make a killing before you notice. Is it legal... yes... is it ethical... HELL NO! The product is actually decent but not worth the money or headache that comes with giving these vultures your credit/debit info. I do not recommend this to anyone

Signed up for this terrible service for the 14 day trial period. Nowhere did I read that I would be charged almost $40 a month, nor did I receive an e-mail letting me know that. I contacted them to tell them to cancel and that I didn't even use the service (or the resume I tried to build, because it wouldn't work properly). The man that answered (was hard to understand his broken English) was not polite and refused to listen when I explained that there was nothing to notify me that there would be monthly fees. Silly me for not checking my bank closer, I'm now out $100 for something I didn't/couldn't use. I am contacting the BBB, also, because this website is a fraud.

Answer: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I am a very organized person who worked for the state that I reside in as an investigator. I had an injury and had to make a change in my career. I am very careful about getting pulled into scams, however, I felt that this would be a good opportunity to build a resume and cover letter that was more updated than when my original resume that I wrote years ago. First of all, the templates are not free. After spending a long period of time writing the perfect resume, I only had the option of spending $2.99 to have access to the resume/cover letter. I felt that was a reasonable fee for the use of the template. As I stated, I am very organized and manage my finances very well. I made sure that I went into my account and cancelled by subscription after 5 days of use so that I would not be charged the $29.99 for the month. Today, I checked my checking account and sure enough the $29.99 had been deducted. I immediately called customer service and they stated that my cancellation had not gone through and they had no notification of my cancellation. They were willing to give me back only $14.00 of my $29.99 back and then went on trying to sell me more offers. I was extremely angry and then spoke with a supervisor. He also argued that I had not cancelled. I went through the same steps to cancel my account while the supervisor was on the phone with me. Low and behold the cancellation went through! Obviously, this company has set up the cancellation process to fail and you will be charged the $29.00 anyway. I definitely learned my lesson! I had to threaten to have my attorney to get involved due to this company stealing money from my account before they agreed to reimburse my full $29.00. They could not give me a refund confirmation number for the remaining reimbursement. I as a Social Worker who advocate for people could not conscientiously could not write a review to warn people of this scam.
