Changed My Mind

I called in to cancel my accout after the trial. I was pleased with the service, but there were some small editing issues and unknown problems with the account setup that had me frustrated enough to part ways. My representative Alex was persistent, up-selling the service and correcting the editing and account issues I had. Because of his product knowledge and thorough review of the benefits, I'm hanging around a little longer.

I came across the perfect resume website and was able to create an awesome resume the many templates that are available. Once I noticed that it was going to be a fee, I called to cancel. Jose was great and assisted me with additional questions that I had.

Great service

As I said above the call center provides great service when you have a problem. He was polite and helpful and made a special accommodation for our situation. We didn't use the service and they gave us alomost all our money back after four moths of not realizing they were charging us.

I paid for a single resume in September ( its cost was 1.95) since then Myperfectresume has been charging my debit card for 23 dollars every month. I did not authorize this money to be taken from my account. Myperfectresume is a scam and they should be avoided at all cost.

I signed up for this service for one single job for my mom and didn't realize that it was an ongoing service. Since she didn't need any additional resumes, I called to cancel. While I was on the phone, I received that cancellation email. Excellent customer service

I experienced difficulties with formatting my resume and I was unable to delete information. I called the toll free customer service number and I spoke to Jose. He was very pleasant to talk to and he assisted me and I was totally satisfied with his assistance. I love this website it is fast and easy to use. Most technology comes with some hiccups, but it's great when a customer can receive excellent customer service from experienced representatives that are willing to help. Also, I agreed to a subscription and I intend to utilize this service. Kudos to all the employees at My Perfect Resume.

Great Service

My teenage son setup his resume without reading the fine print about recurring charges after the intro 14 days so I called expecting that I would have to fight to get the charges stopped and refunded. Not the case, the gal I spoke with couldn't have been more understanding and helpful. Based on this experience and all the other positive comments about getting help in writing the resume, I would definitely consider using the service again down the road.
