Nice product

I used My Perfect Resume to compose my resume and cover letter. It was nice to be able to quickly choose alternative templates and see how they looked. It was also nice to have the cover letter and the resume have the same formatting so they looked more professional.

Bryan was awesome!

I didn't really use the resume I worked on with my perfect resume. So i was just calling in to cancel it. But Bryan provided excellent customer service and made it super easy and quick for me. Just finished creating my resume, had a few technical glitches and wanted to cancel, Shakira was so helpful, polite and quick with her response. Although I didn't need full access to the site and I wanted to cancel she still treated me very respectfully and helped me in every way.

HORRIBLE

This is the worst thing ever! Do not use it! It says it will charge you 1$ but it's not. It charges me every month for 30$ and I write them emails to cancel a subscription ( the one I did not even subscribe to because it said it was one time purchase) and they are ignoring my emails! This is a FRAUD!

They were so helpful and accommodating when I forgot to cancel my membership and they processed the refund quickly and efficiently. Heysha Rosario and Kevin (I didn't get his last name) were very accomidating. The best phone customer service I have ever had.

My college son used the site and forgot to cancel his subscription (he only needed it to apply for an internship). Customer service went above and beyond to credit my charge card when I explained what had happened. In this day and age of poor customer relations, it was a very refreshing experience. And he was very happy with the resume service he got the internship).

They initially send you email confirmation of payment but never alert you by email for their consecutive withdrawals from your account. Done by stealth. Zero warning by email. Zero receipt by email. Zero payment confirmation by email for the many many charges they deduct without you knowing. I already lost 2 24.95 payments on my card for no reason. Dont get tricked by their hidden agenda and steal your money!, please read the fine print.

Hi Winson,
We would like the opportunity to clarify some of the information. The following serves as a guide which may clarify any doubts you may have regarding your account. When you select our 14-day trial enrollment, it provides all details on screen that after the 14th day it will auto enroll into the monthly subscription service. It also explains, that you can cancel at any given time. This alert is also given when the credit card information is requested where it explains that, unless you cancel, you automatically authorize us to charge your account every four weeks at the current rate of the subscription. Lastly, when you finish your enrollment process, an e-mail is sent explaining this as well. We are very sorry that you have had this experience with our product.

Shortly, you will receive a direct message, so we can better assist and look in to this situation. We need to ask you some information in order for us to identify your account and reach to a timely and secure resolution. We are committed on providing great customer service.
