I didn't know they charged for a 14 day trial. I thought it was only 2.99. I checked my bank account and they charged me 24.99. I called immediately and customer service guy was very polite and patient. He was able to help me. I got my refund right away.

I was on hold for 15 minutes automatically I thought that the customer service rep would take their sweet time with helping me but, I was wrong! The rep was very helpful and very pleasant to work with. I highly recommend this site to build a strong resume. Thanks again!

I wasn't aware that I signed up for a membership when I paid 2.99 for the resume I made (maybe because I was in a rush). However, when I got billed this morning I immediately called customer service and their representative assisted me with canceling the membership. He also got his supervisor to issue me a refund. I was very thankful!

This company is horrible I signed up and used it for one day and cancelled it soon after. Then looked at my bank account to see that two chargers were made for 24.95 last month and this month even though I thought I cancelled my account. Do not ever use this company because all you'll get out of it is less money in your bank account!

My perfect resume was a great service to use when in search of a job. It was very helpful and it also alerted you when a job in your qualifications was available. I have refered many friends and family members to this service. They were also very helpful when it came time to cancel my subscription without any problems. Robin in the customer service department was very nice and helpful. She really took care of me. I definitely will continue to refer people and if I am ever in need of a resume I will be back. I forgot to cancel my subscription before the deadline. The associate Carmen Rodriquez was very helpful and courteous in helping me to get it cancel. She also gave me a refund for the price I was charged per her supervisor. She was very polite and professional!
I will be using this website again!

This is to commend your excellent service. After several months, during which my
Grandson did NOT make use of your excellent service, I contacted you to cancel the service. The young man made clear the many additional services you offered, but ultimately stuck with me and sent me e-mails confirming that the service was cancelled as of July. I was very impressed with the young man's determination, his courtesy and patience. You are lucky to have this young man working for you.

Our free account gives you the opportunity to try out our resume and cover-letter builder before deciding to purchase. The ability to print, email, or download your resumes and cover letters are features included in our paid subscription and not listed as a feature of the free account. You can download a plain text version of your resume for free. To be able to use all premium futures of the service we offer customer a 14 days access for $1.95 USD and we indicate up front that it will auto renew after the 14 days and that it can be canceled at any time. The auto renewal is listed with the features of the 14 day subscription on the sales page, as well as on the payment and confirmation pages. We also send a payment confirmation email stating the date and amount of the auto- renewal. We do offer several ways to cancel including by phone, live chat, email and self-cancellation in your Account Settings. If you have any additional concerns regarding your account feel free to contact us so we can provide you with further assistance.
