Angel was Amazing!

Nothing in this life is perfect. Upon review of my final draft, I noticed a minor formatting concern. I called for help and customer service fixed it straight away while explaining to and teaching me how to fix if it should happen again. It was a breeze creating a really professional resume and I recommend these folks to anyone who needs a resume!

Really just needed a one time template and wasn't interested in monthly subscription although the rep was very nice And help cancel the subscription. He also helped me to get my refund back for first month as I am not interested for future subscription.

Poor customer service. The two reps I spoke to could hardly understand or speak English. The resume I created and downloaded was not able to be reformatted through traditional means with standard word processing software. Rep would not cancel my account. Still charged me for a garbage template that isn't even usable. STAY AWAY from this site if you want to do any customization to your resume.

UPDATE:
After about 5 different calls (And the company representative on here (Laura)), They finally refunded and canceled my account. This was terribly difficult. Laura replied attempting to help me with the situation, then after I told her about what happened, she just stopped replying. I would bump my review up to 1.5 stars if I could since the issue finally is resolved, but they definitely did NOT make it easy.

After using this website I pay 2.95$, but after few weeks I was billed an additional 24.95$. Horrible company, do never use it again! But Wilfredo Rivera helped a lot! He deleted my account and now I'm waiting for my money refund!

We would like to take this opportunity to clear up some information regarding your account: Our free account gives you the chance to try out our resume builder before deciding to purchase. The ability to print, e-mail, or download your resume and cover letters are features included in our paid subscription and not listed as a feature of the free account. You can download a plain text version of your resume for free. For the benefit of our users, we provide the option of a 14-day trial for a small fee.
When you select our 14-day trial enrollment, it provides all the details on screen which state that after the 14th day, it will auto enroll into the monthly subscription service. It also explains that you can cancel at any given time. This alert is also given when the credit card information is requested where it explains that unless you cancel, you automatically authorize us to charge your account every four weeks at the current rate of the subscription. Lastly, when you finish your enrollment process, an e-mail is sent explaining this as well. Auto e-mails can get picked up by the filter as spam or junk mail, redirecting this to the junk/spam folder. Please be sure to check these folders just in case. We apologize for any confusion this may have caused.

My agent, MPR, kept working on my problem until it was resolved. She helped to edit, and told me how to download, the cover letter, even after no longer having a membership. The letter was in plain text, which was just fine. I was extremely happy with my service.

MISLEADING

When you pay for a trial you are being billed an additional $24.95 after two weeks. Very misleading marketing, the subscription model is nowhere clearly stated except confirmation email. Rude customer representative who was not very accommodating. Do not recommend.
