I'm giving 4/5 because i really like how my resume came out, but i only used this site to build a resume not to do everything it has to offer, I'm sure $3/mo is absolutely worth it, but I could've made the same resume in Adobe.

This site automatically charged me for a subscription that was not requested. Then when I cancelled within hours and asked for a refund they said they would but didn't. They said they would split it in 2 payments, but only refunded me one payment. Their website also made it difficult to log in on my phone to change any of this. I think they are scamming people the best they can.
