I paid a 3 days access and after a month I got a charge in my account for a subscription. I asked to cancel and refund as I did not authorize the transaction and he is only givimg me a prorated refund. They charged me today for $23.95 and giving me a $11 prorated refund. What kind of a prorated charge is that? A $12.95 a day prorated? Plus I did not subscribe nor authorized the transaction. I did not even get a email saying that 3 days access has passed and they will charge me for a subscription. I only used it for a couple days as all I needed is to create a resume.

I called in to cancel free trial and the representative told me about other options, I declined and I ended up with an additional charge on my credit card for a monthly subscription. Called back the next day to dispute and they will not give full refund. Clearly a scam. Do Not Use!

I didn't know when you subscribe it automatically charges you 23.95 a month I realized after 2 months that they charged me. I called for a refund they didn't want to give me back my money! I Used this site for my resume with a charge of 2.95 and all of a sudden my bill is $50! I Will DISPUTE it!

They automatically started charging a recurring bill without even mentioning it beforehand. You can't cancel the subscription on the dashboard, you need to contact them in order to cancel the service. This is a very scummy company that deceives customers in order to make a quick buck.

They have you sign up for a 2 week subscription, which I was fine with. I assumed AFTER that subscription ended they would ASK if you would like the other one. I was automatically signed up for the month one, which was an expensive I wasn't accounting for and it over drafted my account. This service also shut down my card multiple times I assume it already is suspicious to banks.
