Myntra is a very bad shopping site. I hv ordered 2 products on 2nd feb'17 n it has been showed that the order will be placed on 16feb'17 but tiday is 19 feb but i yet to be received my product. Their customer service number is always busy so i mailed them many a time but got no rply from them

After six months of attempting to get a refund for items sent back as they were the wrong size, they are no longer responding to my e-mails. I think that they have gone out of business as there is no pretense of any customer service.
Think before buying... care less people send wrong sized and refuse for free returns... I have to ship back it... and they gave me only half of shipping what I have paid... as a jabong credits...! Losers... even better to buy from ebay than jabong..
I visited Jabong.com and wondered with lots of products for woman. Recently bought suit –salwar and matching jewellery and bag. Fabric was good and Price was reasonable. It takes minimum time to delivered as compared to other shopping site website.
Ordered a product. But got a different one and when raise the complain for the same concern, but did not get the refund till now waiting since very long time, ordered by id- *******@gmail.com...
No doubt services are so good like shipping and all but still not happy by myntra hence deleted the app also.
Hii. My experience is very bed of the jabong.com online web site. I purcashed a jeans and ordered. My ordered is not come in time period which mention on the message then I call customer care and ask they say your ordered in on the way and then after 2 days ordered km and I saw my jeans which is not stretchable and not a cotton. I called customer care and complained about this but they dont take any action so friends I dont say suggest for this site
I am searching online shopping website. And watch out the jabong.com lots of products brand, recently brought make up kit and fashionable jewellery up to 30-70% off this session. It takes minimum time to delivered as compared to other ecommerce website..

It's strange if not peculiarly ironic that "Myntra" the once very popular fashion web portal whose main goal was to make great fashion easily accessible to the masses at a good price has succumbed to the rather ill-informed app only cliché.

Instead preferred to entirely scrap the good experience of shopping at the convenience of home or office on visually comfortable screens to the pains of restricted surfing on a scientifically proven tiny unhealthy sized screen…"
Which by the way, should have been used only as an ancillary option in case of lack of accessibility option's.
All in all,…Myntra has decided to handcuff its customers if they choose or rather permit them into knowing or prying upon data which they shouldn't be… Is it a part of a more sinister plan? …
I personally have boycotted my connection with Myntra as it had become rather un-friendly…
However I sincerely hope it reverts back to its original friendly format to bring smile's on the faces of thousand's of its unhappy customer's or even ex-customer's like me.
For cloth and accessories i used this website and they will deliver products in a day (day after tomorrow). Comparing to other shopping stores, i like this very much.
I had order 2 products from 2 dealers to gift my sister. I received one on the exact date as required but the other product was to be delivered later. I called the customer service and requested to get it delivered on the same day if possible. He kept the phone on hold for 30 seconds and immediately agreed to deliver it faster.
I was happy as I could gift both the gifts to my sister on her birth date :) :)
Ordered a pair of shoes from Myntra. The packaging was amazing, the shoes of great quality and delivery was very prompt! Will use again.
Recently myntra.com have changed to app only. I think they have taken a great risk in that. But fortune is not far away, they have almost succeeded in that.

I bought a pair of shoes from jabong site and to my surprise after paying Rs. 850/- those shoes got totally torned within a week, i am software engineer so walk very less, even then my shoes got torned totally within a week.
