I have faced bad experience from myntra multiple times and now stopping to use it.
1) I placed and order and did not receive the item but in the app it shows the the item has been delivered. That item costs around 3000 and myntra is not ready to refund the amount. When I raised this dispute with the bank from which I made the payment and the bank inquired, then myntra has send them a document as a proof that the item has been received and that document does not have my signature. It has just a'P' written in place of the signature. Why to cheat a customer by putting any signature when the item has not reached the customer?
2) I had placed another order and returned it. The item in the app shows that the refund is processed and will receive it with in 7 to 10 days. Its been more that 12 days and I have not received the refund. I called the customer care and they say that the reference number is not generated and it will take 10 more days. What kind of service is this?
3) When I called to inquire about the refund for the items ordered together. The customer care representative asked me the item for which I was inquiring. I told her that it is about multiple items under single order id and gave her the order id. She raised her volume and again said tell me the items. I repeated the items and she got frustrated because it was for multiple items and she continued talking in a very bad tone.
I would have given zero rating for reliability if there would have been an option.

I returned a salwar and got refund money Rs 655 as gift card for which expiry date was given which was not required at all as it was my money. Since I went out of town I could not redeem it on the said date. Now, they say the amount has expired and denying to return the said amount. They convert our refund amount as gift card and set an expiry date and cheat customer's money this way.
I have been a regular customer at Myntra and have been shopping since years on their website. Last week I placed an order worth 8,000 Rs 3 days after placing the order I went on the website to track my order delivery and I was unable to login as Myntra has de activated my account and locked it for some reason. Only 2 of my products were delivered by then and rest 4 products are still not delivered to me. I called the customer care to check the issue and they said Myntra has the right to terminate your account as and when they like it. They refused to give me a valid reason for the termination and refused to activate my account again. They have not delivered after my products and they are not willing to refund me for those products. This is a total scam and fraud website, no matter how regular a customer you are it doesn't matter to them. DON'T EVER ORDER FOR HERE, THEY ARE CHEATERS, THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NOT REFUND YOU BACK.
Guys honestly please please dont use myntra for online order this is big froud and cheater company. No support for customers worst delivery service. Over priced product... They can cencelled your order anytime you expecting on your doorstep. No meaning of delivery timing coupons offers and discounts...
I have ordered two products. Refund request is to be requested on mytra account. And it is already updated in there previous data. But again they refund it in my myntra wallet. There delivery boy mr Sagar also communicated the same that you will get it in the account. For that you will get an mail and you have to farward your account details. After this communication there is no such mail and they created the amount in the wallet for one product. The story was not over yet. They only credit the amount for one product and when I call again then a lady ( I don't remember the name) told me that we can change it and she has no sense to talk with customer. Once it escalated to dipsy, she said for the second product we can not change the refund request. I don't know such a huge brand retain there customers like this what would happen in future. It really ashamed me. And for the next I do not even dare to order from myntra. Guys you all also please be aware of such things. I troubled by myntra but I don't want that they can trouble you also. Worthless, pitty, miscommunicated chain... service. Hope myntra seniors feel ashamed and contact me for refund.
I was sick and I am not going to office from last 2 days, I asked the delivery guy to reschedule the delivery as I am not feeling well.
The way he speaks is very rude and started abusing that I have been asking him to come daily from last two days.

I contacted myntra call center help desk twice they will not take any action on him though I reported I am not going to take purchase any items further from myntra. I never expected this behaviour from myntra
On 3rd of Mrach i ordered 7 items from Myntra.
On 4th, two shoes and two shirts were scheduled to be delivered.
I got two shoes on 4th March but I haven't yet got the shirts, but in the myntra its showing that the shirts are delivered.

I have raised complaint to the customer care but no one is taking is seriously, 1st one customer service associate said that action will be taken in 3 working days and after 3 working days when i called them, they are saying that please give more 24 hours excluding Saturdays and Sundays.
Now they said that the complaint has been declined.
What an unprofessional behaviour is this.
On the day of delivery i got a message stating that i ll get 4 products. However i got only shoes no shirts, i first called the delivery guy, he said that he had the only 1 package that he delivered and asked me to call myntra customer care.
I did the same. But they are not accepting their fault.
I have video camera fit into my PG. Any delivery would not be hidden, hence i requested the customer care executive to re - raise a complaint and this time send a person to mine PG for cc tv verification.
Still No response.
I had ordered Woodland sandal 13 days ago, they said will receive my delivery within 7 days but I haven't got any update on it. When I called to know about the delivery they said will receive the product in the next 72 hours. It's been 4 days now again no update, I called them again. Now they say they LOST the product somewhere and can't be delivered and will refund my money within 10 days.
This is completely bul$#*! and guys do not even try to place any order from myntra again...
On 14th Jan 2019, my wife ordered 2 dresses from Jabong.com. Total cost is 1232. 46. Order number is **************041. She received the Product on 19th Jan 2019. As both the products were having defect she placed return request for one product on 19th Jan 2019 and replacement request for other on 23rd Jan 2019.
But the products were not picked up and everyday by EOD we get a sms saying "We are sorry as we were unable to pick up your item, due to some operational constraints at our end. We will come again and pick up". The courier person put some false status and reschedule again and again.
After several follow up with the Jabong customer care team, they did not help in any way. Every time they say the same sentence like "We are sorry. Your product will be picked up within 3 to 4 working days". Several time they cancelled the old Return request and raising new Return request. This is to avoid their incapability to provide service to customers.

They are unable to pick up the return products and keeping our money on hold. How long they are going to hold our money due to their fault? Their products are already packed. They can come at any time and we can handover in the same condition how we *******@Jabong, you must learn from other e-business sites how they are providing better services to their customers. You are the worst among all. Keep my money and live long.

They sold me fake product and while i return they are taking long time. When ever I call they ask me to have patience. Its a horrible experience.

Very bad service. I have been promised to deliver my order by 2nd Jan and today is 8th, till date i get message everyday saying " Sorry, we are unable to deliver your order today but we will amke sure to deliver at the earlies" and guess what? That earliest date is never. I called customer service guy which was of no use, he is only telling me that my order has been dispatched it will be delivered soon, Just like an IVR he is talking... he could only give the information which I can see in my account. When I asked what is the use of customer service if you can see what i can see on my screen, he replied saying your screen is for your records and our screen is for our records, LOL! When I had such a lengthy argument about their service, the agent sarcastically answered "Now, I cannot give your product through the phone madam. Please wait for 72Hrs to have some update on your product. Seriously? 72Hrs more and I get an update but not the product yet?
Worst ever customer service I have seen.
If you are unable to deliver the product on time, better don't take the orders at all, don't waste our time and money. One day delay? It's okay, 2days delay? Yeah, still i understand it happens sometimes... but a week? Not acceptable at all!
Guys, just don't trust the delivery date they have mentioned online. Club Factory is better, atleast they will tell us the exact date of delivery even if it is 20days.
The damn product claims to have warranty for 3 months, did not even use the product for that long also and when I was buying the product it was mentioned as 1 year warranty now they are claiming it was 3 months. If you can't provide proper service please don't sell worst product. I did not even buy cheap product it's 3k.
I placed an order on the date 22/11/18 the money went through which was Rs. 3243. But I didn't get order confirmation. I thought the money was stuck in the portal so waited for more than 7days for the return of my money but I didn't get any message. So I contact the bank and ask them about the transaction. The concerned bank said the money have been accepted by the merchant and money have been debited from my account. I repeatedly emailed jabong and gave my bank statement as well in PDF format like they have asked. After 4 days I got a reply from them that the complain have been closed cuz there was a failed transaction and I have to talk to my bank. These guys are fraud and God forbids no one should face the same as me. I'm just a regular person and I don't have the proper knowledge to fight these. All I have to do is complain and I hope someone will hear my voice. It's been 22 days and no sign of refund. In case the money was stuck somewhere in the gateway it would have arrived by now. But my bank have clearly stated that the "merchant" have received the money so jabong is a big fat lier and fraud ripping money out of common people.
I ordered a HRX jacket and when I received the jacket I did checked it for any wear and tear and found none of it. So I removed the tags and used the jacket. On the second day I found that the elastic threads at the lower end of the jacket were not stitched from inside and also the zip was not working properly. Now when I requested for a return then they started asking for the price tags and the stickers attached with the jacket. They have a 30 day return policy just to make fool of their customers. They deliver you defective products and old unsold products which at the first place appears to be good but after two three uses you will find the product to be worthless and then they will not take back the product even if you do not have any of the stickers or tags that were there at the time of delivery.
I received a used product from myntra which reeked of sweat and had a foundation stain. They are conning their customers.
Wrong order canceled by customer service agent, had to pay extra for the same product because of that, commited to compensate now not even replying over the emails
Myntra gives you best shopping experience with its trusted brands, easy order and payment method. If you dont like the product, just return it, the whole thing is so smooth. Products are of great quality and worth the price. Thank you Myntra!

After complaining atleast 200 tweets and atleast 100 Facebook posts these insensitive leeches didn't have any mercy towards Innocent customer.
My whole family is in trauma as we are from humble background and they have looted our hard earned money
I also send them picture of my package and immediately intimated about my empty parcel
Their company also acknowledged their mistake and promised me that I will get my money back but they falsely declined on my request
I have never felt this cheated ever before

Boycott Jabong and stop other innocent customer from getting fooled
This company is white collar crime company
Their associates also promised me refund but their higher management doesn't want to satisfy customer but Instead loot them
