I am an avid online shopper for 10 years, and I would say Myntra is the worst online shopping site, please don't buy from it. I have purchased two jackets from Myntra (Roadster and Fort Collin), one of them delivered without a hoodie. And guess what, they didn't return it because it's without a hoodie, what a joke. They claim their product pass-through "7 step-quality check," and they didn't even check the product hoodie.
I have contacted their customer care and also mailed them, but their mail says, "Dear Customer, We are currently not accepting emails sent directly to support at myntra dot com."
The complaint raised by them is still pending. I don't f******g care about little money, but I want to warn you guys, that's it. Happy shopping!
I have purchased a product on 16th oct 2020. After delivery, As the quality is not good I returned the product. They came and picked up on 25th morning(confirmed authenticity by OTP). But the status then after showing as pickup failed. I recorded the phone call with the pickup guy and shared the details with customer care also but they are not responding at all and telling me to wait for 20 days just to update. Had a similar issue with flipkart delivery also to my brother, where is purchased a product and showing as delivered even though it is not.And no response for that also.
This is regarding the wrong product which I received pink potato bag. I had generated the return request because I had received a wrong product. I was told to mail the photos of product. I had mailed the same. I had already mentioned that tag was missing. Now I get a mail beachside of quality issues. How the hell customer is responsible for wrong product delivered that too without tag. I am being told to keep the product and being charged for something I never ordered. How can your quality check staff be so blind... u yourself deliver a wrong product and then tell that return cannot be pickled up.
I cannot believe Myntra doing that. I am icon member. I think after COVID u hav drastically reduced your staffs s uneducated staff is sitting for quality check. Response of Amazon and Flipkart is worth appreciating. The moment the wrong product is delivered, they don't ask, on the contrary apologise and pick up the product.
Here at Myntra, u deliver wrong product and ask the customer to keep the product.
I think this was last order for me at Myntra
Myntra has the worst customer service ever! I bought footwear with a 30day return, which broke on 4th wear. Written &verbal complaints were ignored. Finally, I was told that it had Passed their Quality Control & so no exchange! Now, a wrong product was delivered - I asked for an exchange/return, which was accepted. Days later, I've heard that courier refuses to pick up so my return is Cancelled. Awful & Unacceptable! Getting out of Myntra. Recommend this to All. They won't Fix When They Mess Up.
I got very bad experience with myntra they send me very product with fungus and used one, and they declined my return request
Horrible experience. Received 2 defective Varesha trays without price tags worth 2200. Put it for return. The agent did not turn up and put declined pick up as the product does not meet the standards.
Tried my best to get in touch with the customer care and sort it out. After numerous mails znd msges on Facebook. They promised to sort it out and take back the product, but the same story repeated.
Beware of buying stuff here, if the seller sends you a defective item, myntra will not take it back on the grounds that it does not meet their return standards and the customer has no way to prove that the seller sent a defective item.
Here the according to myntra seller is the god and we buyers are robbers trying to loot them

Myntra is the worst shopping portal. I shopped for few Kurtis having a return policy of 2 days. I was unaware that they consider time as well when they deliver i. E. if they have delivered at 3.30 PM on Friday then the return has to be initiated by Sunday 3.29 PM. If your company is so particular about the time and do not consider end of the day then please publish time as well along with the date of delivery in the order det. I lost so much of amount due to this. Will never buy from Myntra again
Such a shirt firm and support. Every time when i asking for a my refund they say 24 hours and its almost 3 weeks.
Please don't use the app, this is my second time.
The product i ordered didn't match the photo. Photos seems very much photoshopped.In reality it looks nothing like the photo. The quality looked inferior with respect to the price. I immediately decided to return it. But i never knew the return policy was a sham. The person who came to pick the product was asking for a tag. I showed him that there was a tag attached to it. To that he said that that was not the one he was looking for. He was looking for a different tag. But i told him that i had received the product in this way only. There was a tag on which a sticker with the product detail was stuck. I thought that this was the tag but nothing could put sense into his biased mind. They harrassed me like anything. Ultimately left the product with me. It is lying with me for more than 12 days and Myntra closed the issue saying resolved! This was cheating!
It was a horrible experience, I bought shoes for my mother and they sent me three times the wrong size, after returning it back they did not even refund my money back, and when I call them for the refund they either keep my call on hold or disconnect it... such shameless people... it's been 2 months and no refund. Really disappointed.
I got an incomplete product for my prepaid order. Instead of pack of 2 I received only one. After several complaints, customer care supported their staff and told me that they don't approve my claim. At the time of COVID, they are looting their regular customers and making money. Plz plz I request u not to buy anything from this app. Don't waste time on customer care, they all are involved and nothing will be resolved. I lost my money and the product.
Its been one month I have'nt recieved the product and I raised an issue regarding it, without providing me a solution they closed my concern saying its resolved. Such worst customer service and customer service employees
My recent (prepaid) order was not delivered to me. I raised an issue with customer care. On the 2nd day I received SMS saying that issue resolved & they r closing the issue. Again, I reopened the issue. Called them. They didn't speak properly. Called again next day. Their response is "We checked with the delivery agent. Its delivered. You please check your email". Its been 10 days now. I haven't received neither the product nor the money. Also, no response from Myntra. Order#**************001

I didn't even get call or message before delivery
I was waiting for my order for 12 days n tried to contact customer service but unfortunately I hv got the service no after 15 days after so much efforts
And now Myntra is keep saying that they cannot place my complaint as it's too late, they have only 5 days time to Complan, they are denying to contact their delivery person also not ready to give me my products or refund which is ridiculous
Myntra is my all time favourite for the shopping.
Quality is up to the mark everytime.
Like other shopping sites degrade their quality over the period of time, Myntra doesn't.

Don't shop on myntra and loose ur money. Offlate Myntra sends fake and missing products. Customer service worst. They investigate ur complaint for a month just to tell there is no mistake from Myntra. I ordered h and m pack of 3 leggings. They send only 2. After complaining repeatedly, they say that they sent pack of 3. This reply comes after one month of calling them daily. Now these leggings are short for my baby. Also, this doesn't look like an original h and m product. I have lost my money. Please don't loose ur money.
I ordered a product (night suit) when the package was opened there was just the T-Shirt, the lower was missing. Then & there I raised the issue to the customer support by posting the picture. The customer support kept me waiting for the response for 2 months. After my repeated efforts to reach them via customer support & call back requests they finally gave me the result " your claim denied ". When called back and the matter was explained from my end they asked me to provide the video of me opening the product(for the product received 2 months back) to reopen the investigation. After being a consistent user of the app for years It was highly disappointing to see them
Forcing me to accept the incomplete order after dragging my issue for 2 months. They didn't show faith in a customer even after providing picture proofs and track record of the customer.
Have deleted the app straight away after such rude attitude of their representatives
I am not able to add new address on myntra. Every time I do it says something went wrong. I updated the app even re install it but the same
They wannt give you any offer but yes make you fool throughout fake pop or offer which reflecting on website
