Fake commitment, fake display, misguided customer
I lost my 1699 worth dress. I paid through on line banking while purchasing dress money taken by myntra and dress taken by courier team. Myntra simply said they are not responsible for the missing dress and not returned my money
Mnytra is a cheater, fraud and a liar. There customer service agents, supervisor and manager are the biggest liars and stupid fellows in this online Corporate services. Myntra took multiple payments from me and even after providing bank statements as a proof failed to resolve my concern. After multiple follow ups, even after the estimate resolution given by myntra they failed not only to resolve my concern also to acknowledge me that they couldn't resolve my issue in the given time nor any kind of apology was send to me by them after reporting. Since I was taking continues follow ups with them they forcefully closed my complain saying that their delivery agent known as stylist agent return my money back. Which is a complete lie and false statement given by them. I asked a proof in document or a receipt where it shows I have accepted my money or a conference call with the delivery agent, Myntra's agents, supervisors and the managers all were helpless to proof me wrong. They just ask 24 hours to answer my concern every time I spoke to the higher mangers. When I denied after waiting multiple times there floor manager just disconnected the call as no answer or instant resolution was there being a Senior most manager in Mytra.
I will file a complaint to consumers Court for this. People please be aware of this as the agents and the senior managers of myntra givesa pointless and useless answers to customers queries.

I returned a jacket of rs 2199 because of poor fitting and cloth material. They credited amount in myntra credit and when I complained to so called customer care they refused to refund it into my account now they ask to shop for rs 2999 to use my rs 2199
If they want they can easily ask their account dept to NEFT the amount and cancel the myntra credit.
My money stucked there.
Myntra blatantly cheated me regarding a refund. There were 3 refunds(2 are same amounts(1169. 31)) but only 2 amounts reflected in my card. When I checked with them, eventually, they sent me manipulated, edited emails and their ph. Care agents also told lies as per emails. They dont share their email to me to share their manipulated emails details. They r doing online buz but dont want to share their email ID to a customer who raised a refund complaint. What a Fruad! They simply repeated me, check with my bank care but th fraud is from Myntra end. At last, I checked with my bank people, they told they received only 2 refunds from Myntra, not 3. You have to check with them only, since the transaction done from your end as a valid one we cannot raise dispute. It was clearly Myntra Fraud and Cheating. Be careful with this Cheater! Not even deserve for a single star!

Worst ordering system and ridiculous customer service! Spent nearly 7-8 hours to select items and placed an order. Order went through, money got deducted from my account, but the order never got submitted! Realized it when I didn't receive confirmation email and nothing was showing up under recent orders. Upon calling the customer service team they said there would've been a payment gateway issue and the money will be refunded back in 7-10 days into my account. Nothing was wrong with my internet, and it was working completely fine at the time of submitting the order, and that's why the payment went through fine. Customer service didn't even care about the precious time me as a customer had spent in order to create the order. And upon asking what will happen to my order that I placed, they said it will get cancelled and I need to start over again. This is no way to treat your customers, and there has to be a system to save previous orders and to quicken the refund process. I used this website because a friend referred it to me. But guess what, this has been my worst online ordering experience ever! I will not be ordering again, and will be sharing this with all of my friends and relatives also!

I ordered through Myntra for 2 Belts (reversible), but they sent me the non-reversible belt. I contacted the customer service for replacement, and they instead refunded for 1 belt without consenting me and sent wrong once 3 times for the remaining belt. I called again and shouted, they committed they would be delivering it by Saturday 26th October no matter what happens and I did not receive it. I ordered it for the especially Diwali occasion, and they did not send me. This entire procedure took almost 20 days with no resolution or belt. I had to use the belt as no shops were opened on New Year for selling the belt. I contacted them again via email for an update, and they kept asking for to have a label attached to the belt which I threw away because they never reached me for it. Lastly, I had to abuse them in the email as they didn't do anything. I opened a dispute in PayPal as well; however; I missed to escalate to PayPal and it went to buyers favour. It's not about the 300 rupees but its also about the fake product that they sell. I purchased a Roaster watch worth rupees 1200, and few of the functions were like toys, they never function, as a kind of showpiece. The same happened earlier as well. Since the service and the products are worse, I am lodging a case in Consumer court as thieves like Myntra should be shut down.

Extremely disappointed and will ensure never to use this service and would ensure to recommend everyone not to. First the pictures in the website is deceiving so in real it definitely does not look like in real life. Second I bought the watch for about ******* and now when I check the price says Rs 8000. This is ridiculous. First you promote the product mentioning it is on sale and then after I buy you, you lower the price and sell it for cheap overcharging me. I am seriously looking for an explanation because as a company selling products online, I will look forward for how you would please your customer and I'm definitely not pleased. The customer service is pathetic. I had an issue with my order delivery and they kept on postponing. They asked me to wait for 3days for them to respond. After 3 days, now they want me to wait for 48 hrs. Neither did I receive my order nor could I ask for cancellation since they say that the order was 'out for delivery' without a delivery agent. This is very frustrating. Never had to face such a bad experience from Amazon.
I have been a loyal customer of Myntra for quite a while now but, one of the incident has jeopardised the image what I had on them. I had placed on order on 20/6/2019 amounted Rs. 2,931.00 + GST totaling to about Rs. 3,000. Did not like the product, placed on order for return and it was supposed to be self posted. But, their pick-up person took the product and I never received an update. Upon contacting the customer care and following up with them, today I receive an update after months that the "claim is denied" and the product is not with their logistic partner as well. Are they trying to prove me as a liar? If you had a concern about the customer, you would have sorted the issue by providing a refund. You do not have a system to locate the product and everything is BOGUS. You are unreliable, fraudulent, sham company who is cheating the customer everyday. If you are really a customer oriented company, pay my money back. Otherwise, you will be sued and will make sure I will take more than what I have paid you.

Pathetic experience. Product waz returned back without delivering inspite of 5-6 calls and followupswith Myntra customer care. They havent done a refund yet. They do not keep promises. Worst shopping site ever
Myntra is looting people in the name of online shopping. I ordered a dress, and it was over-sized and defective and also came with no original price tags attached.
I kept on complaining for return or even exchange of the product, and they kept on saying give us 12 hrs and 48 hrs repetitively. It caused me harassment for one whole month and then they simply declined my requests, and said that they can't return or exchange the product as there are no price tags.
What sort of business is this? There are no quality checks of the product. How can they send a defective, oversized product without tags and they refuse to take the product back due to the same cause?
They robbed me of money for a huge, deformed piece of cloth in the name of a dress. Myntra should be sued.
Worst, terrible experience I ever faced for online shopping. NEVER ever buy from Myntra. Beware of FRAUD.
