I had a very bad & pathetic experience with Myntra.com where I placed an order on 28/12/2017 and estimated delivery date was 02/01/2018 and I got SMS stating that your order has been delivered to your address but i havent received a product yet and later on i got another SMS of delivery cancelled, this is the second time it has happened with me while shopping with myntra. Again I tried to contact delivery team but they don't even bother to recieve my call... I am very disappoint with Myntra service which i was not expecting from them.

Actually we use both online payment and COD(cash on delivery), when I bought 4 track pants(2go brand) by using my card and paid the amount, after 2 days the delivery person delivered the product and ask the amount from my mom(65 yrs old), she thought it is cod and paid again, after some days we found that we paid twice for the same and askto myntra customer care for each day one different person replied to our mail without understanding what is the issue. I sent the delivered persons name and contact number too to esquire him, but they strictly saying no amount collected. And also the product we bought is not new, they are selling used one, pls don't buy anything in myntra they are the no #1 cheaters.

I am a regular customer of Mynta. I have recently ordered 1 wrogn jacket and a shoe which were delivered on time. The products are original and also the price is lesser than other sites. 1 month earlier I ordered a short of Jack & Jones which were not of proper size. I requested to return the product which was soon done by them and the amount was transferred in my account within one day.

Height of bad service. I ordered dress last month n it didnt get delivered. I did followup for the same but these service persons only say 'SORRY' and ask to cancel order. This is once again now, during the SALE that happened between 21st Sept 2017 - 24th Sept 2017. I ordered 2dresses and only pert of order got processed and another dress is still in the same state as earlier. No any status update available for this. If you cant handle situations during such SALES then y u arrange these. So much disappointed.

I ordered a pair of shoes and by mistake, I ordered a size bigger. I realised this right after it arrived and so did not open the parcel. I opted for an exchange with a smaller size. They exchange was supposed to be after 2-3 weeks, first of all. Before the parcel could be returned for the smaller size, I got a notification that my exchange was cancelled as the product returned was damaged. No one came to take the product back so this notification was crap. I again, put a request for an exchange which will again take 2-3 more weeks. I tried contacting customer service, but there is absolutely no way you can reach and talk to a real person. There is no place you can chat online about it to any customer service representative. This puts me in such a fix. I am travelling out of India and was supposed to get those shoes with me. I would have let them go if they weren't so expensive. I am so frustrated about the fact that there is absolutely no customer service from this website or, even a legit response to requests, or if it is there it is so so so inaccessible that the customer would get irritated and would give up on the product. This was my first experience with myntra and I shopped a lot from it. I don't think I will be using mytra.com again.

DON'T USE MYNTRA SITE FOR SHOPPING. Myntra is not #good shopping site. I ordered this dress from myntra and I payment 846/- rupees. Dress was defective and I raise return request they are refunding to me 697/- rupees. This is not good site they are not refunding shipping charges if piece defective then why should I bear shipping charges. #DONT NEVER EVER USE MYNTRA SITE FOR SHOPPING. They delivered defective pieace when I return the product they will not refund full amount. When i contact to them on tollfree number they will disconnect my call during the conversation Myntra

I ordered Asics running shoes of description Gel Cumulus 18 UK size 8 at a cost of Rs 7700/ inclusive of GST. The order was placed on14 July and delivered on 17 July. The shoe size is not matching with International standards, so I asked for its return on the same day. The pick up person came on 18 July at about 3 PM without calling. At that time my grand mother was at home and she did not know anything about return so the pick up person was told to come next day. He never turned up and cooked up some story. 15 days have passed but no resolution in sight. Poor customer /mail /so called escalation service.
I think the ploy is to somehow entangle people in to buying by showing huge discount and supply poor product.
Jabong poor show. Please return my money.

I ordered a set of window curtains from Myntra and i ordered it because it showed that it would be delivered on 28th july 2017 but to my surprise they even didn't dispatch it still. I had to leave for US so i called the customer care and those MORONS tell me that they still need few more days to dispatch it. They didn't even understand that if i receive this order beyond the set date it would be of no use to me.
NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR WHAT THEY COMMIT TO THEIR CUSTOMERS
It was my 1st experience with Myntra and it turned out to be a nightmare. Better to use amazon.
In today's world when customer care is such an important thing they have just made this this to lure customers and not to take responsibility for the mistake they commit or understand or respond to the customer requests.
Hats off to the people running this,, they even don't bother or know how their company people are working... that in itself explains what kind of management they have.

I was out of the country when Jabong delivered my order. So basically, the delivery person at Jabong just chose a random person from my hostel to deliver the items. This was extremely irresponsible to begin with. Therer was no guarantee that I would receive the products at all.

The point to note is that I was not the one who received the orders but somebody else. In my absence, Jabong should have simply taken the order back.

When I came back, I found all the three orders were of extremely inferior quality, not at all as I was led to believe in the pictures. I wanted to return the items but Jabong refused because the return period(of 15 days) was over. Technically that was never delivered to me Jabong at all. Jabong just gave it to a random person and hoped for the best.

I do not have the time to pursue this matter for 2000 bucks only but I find this behavior of Jabong extremely dishonest and irresponsible.

It, of course, does not matter for such a large ecosystem but I am not going to buy anything from Jabong anymore. And frankly, considering how the quality of their products has degraded even as the costs skyrocket, it is hardly any loss to me.

0 star option is not dere otherwise jabong is worth 0 star. Its dangerous to purchase from here as the order I made from jabong wen I received it was untagged and looking old and delivery man came next day after I placed return request. He didn't took it back as it was untagged... den I shared snapshots with jabong of dat product(blazer) and still not got a single answer from dem... The blazer I purchased was worth rs4800 wat is the repo of jabong its 0. And if dey will not take any action den surely I have to take a bigger action... So all of u reading my review do not purchase from here this is fake site
