The reason I choose this gift package because it's unique and they actually have delivery date option, so I bought one customize gift with design and pictures and set the delivery date, what happen is when my best friend recieve the gift there is nothing but happy bday on the candy and no pictures and that's not the sad part, it came a week early when I already set up the delivery date, I email customer service tell them everything but they come back with" can we resend the chocolate and stuff ", seriously I don't think they read my email at all! What's the point of resend it! They already ruin the surprise! My best friend, I wanna surprise her, but I am the one who got surprise, m&m such a global company but their customer service sucks so bad
I never received my order and they the worst customer service
Don't waste your money on this. I never got my order. They assured me several times that they would arrive before Christmas and they never showed up. They made error after error and they never refunded me and I still haven't received my product or even confirmation. I waited on the phone for over an hour and a half and ended up calling them on three separate occasions. I've never been so disappointed with an online order.
I have never been so disappointed. I originally ordered personalized m&ms for a birthday party for my daughter. I ordered a couple pounds and was going to give them out as part of the goodie bags. I bought cute plastic holders to put them in and color coded the party around the color of the m&ms. Days after placing the order there was a error. Sent again. Another error did it one more time and again another error. And never once was I given a reason. I was told I was not charged. And it has now been 3 months and still have not seen a credit back on to my card account. I did a servey on it this, along with talking to customer service by chat. They promised I wasn't charge, my bank account reflects different. I've asked for a refund. And was told I was never charge. I received a phone came today (3 plus months later) due to a poor survey I took a few days ago. They offered me 25% off my next order. Really?!?!?! How about just get my damn money back! After all this they want me to throw more money away? Words cant express how mad I am at the whole situation!
On May 14 I ordered personalized MandMs for friends in NV. They were not delivered as promised on May 21. When I called on May 22 I was told there was a problem with my debit card. Of course they did not alert me to any problem... I had to inquire first. Although there was no problem with my card I reordered and was given a delivery date of May 29. Yesterday I learned that my order had not been received by my friends in NV but instead was delivered only recently to other friends in Chicago to whom I sent an order in June 2014. How ridiculous is that. Saying that this company has customer service at all is insane. Do not be lured in, even with a Groupon.
I order personalized candy for my Dad's Birthday. They turned out great and I received the parcel within a week. Also, I used a groupon and a promo code for a great discount!

All negative reviews above = ditto. In addition, the ordering instructions are ambiguous. The simple, short message was VERY poorly rendered = smudged, not centered. 50! Was on one of the colors and they couldn't get that centered either. I truly debated whether to put them at the table settings for my friend's 50th birthday but did because I knew she would be flattered at the effort regardless of how shoddy they turned out. RUN... do not walk, away from ordering anything from this company. What a shame I had to give a star. There should be a no star option...
I received a gift from a friend through groupon, $30 to use on this site (that I think he paid $15 for. I went and redeemed the code and ordered custom candies for my son's graduation. He is not graduating until May, but the code had an expiration date so I ordered early. Placed the order using my junk e-mail account that I use for all online purchases - and then waited... and waited... and waited. Turns out I had put his school mascot on the candy and they wouldn't print it because of copyright concerns. They never called me to tell me - even though they had my # and were not going to fill the order - who does that?
I went back to update the order and replace the picture and was told that the code expired! I tried to talk to the customer service rep and explained that it was not expired when I placed the order but he would not give in. I asked to speak to a manager and he told me with a snide laugh that a manager would tell me the same thing and that I could not use an expired code! We went around in circles a few times - ("but it was NOT expired when I USED it"..."but it is NOW" etc) Before I really lost my temper I just hung up!
I wouldn't mind but I was TRYING to spend the coupon plus another $50 for CANDY! Seriously - they would have still made plenty of $$ off me! I thought it was a cute idea but they should have honored the original value - turned out to be a lose/lose/lose. My friend lost $15, I lost out on my gift and MMars lost out on my extra $50 (of course they did get the $ from the groupon and didn't have to exchange anything for it, so I guess they kinda won... but I have another graduation NEXT year and will not be a customer!
My advice - stay away!
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! Placed an order 2/2, delivery for 2/13, checked status on their site 4 times and always the same "order in progress" message, incl. Today which is 2/14. Chat ALWAYS "off line". Called 4X, waited on hold 15-20 min, then a fifth call yesterday (day order was due) and waited on hold 30 minutes and NEVER SPOKE TO A CUST SERVICE REP ONCE! I just listened to their stupid M&M comedy routine loop over and over and over. It's not funny. The email on their "contact us" form does not work. They have not sent ONE SINGLE EMAIL about the status of my order, whether or not it shipped, and they've definitely not acknowledged the fact the order was due yesterday. I've written an official letter to cancel my order since I have no other option except to use the mail. I've contacted my CC company to refuse a charge if they ever try. RUN THE OTHER WAY FROM THIS COMPANY!
I customized some M&Ms for my daughters birthday party. They came out wonderful and exactly as we anticipated. I just find them to be a bit pricey.
The site seems nice but their customer service for email is really slow. I have been waiting to hear about my order for a week now.
This is such a cool site! Just about everyone likes M&M's and now you can put just about any picture on one side and your company name, bride and grooms names, kids names, or whatever you want on there.
It costs around $41+ for 3 7oz bags but these are really special and I think worth it. They have gifts you can put them in and send to someone and the like. A lot of people do it for their weddings and to advertise for their businesses. They offer a free bag when you purchase a certain amount. You can go to the website now and upload your photo choices and it will show you a preview. If nothing else, even if you don't order anything, it's kinda fun to play around with it.
Answer: Lol, it's time for new contact lenses. I thought under topics it said Chocolate Party Favors, COLONWORKS, instead of Colorworks! Took me a few minutes and a bit of squinting to realize what it said.
