I put in an order of personalized M&Ms, one of the words came back as flagged, I got on chat w a rep who changed the word and confirmed that my order was set to go. I continue to receive MANY emails from customer service saying my order was still flagged, so I call and speak directly to a rep who confirms that my order is in production and will be mailed for the holiday. M&Ms then continues to send me emails about a flagged word in my order; the emails say you can also respond directly to the email itself, which I do to no reply or avail. Today I woke to an email saying they cancelled my order because I did not reply or get in touch, so I call again only to find out that my order was never in production and is now cancelled because of a different word that the first two reps did not tell me about or ask me to adjust. This word, btw, was "cigarette"; a little weird, I know, but they flagged it as a negative word, which it is obviously not. I told them that they ruined a key element to my Vday gift, the rest of which I put together around these stupid M&Ms, and that I expected them to fix the situation given that I did everything I was supposed to do to make the order correct. They offered no fix, NO APOLOGY, and told me they could give me a discount on a future order, but that nothing that would be helpful for Valentines Day.

Skip this company.

I have had difficulties with orders before, but my latest experience is unbelievable. I ordered 3 bulk orders for 3 very special dates coming up. I ordered them 3 weeks ahead of time. The images I used were apparently not usable, I was only notified by e-mail. So I called and talked to a live person and believed the problem was resolved. I just called (3 days before my first event) as I hadn't heard anything about shipping. I was first told she was going to resubmitted it with expedited shipping, after waiting on hold the customer service rep then told me they were already printed and should ship that day. I asked since it was so close if I could still get the expedited shipping... I even offered to pay. Then after holding again I was told I would have to cancel my order and redo it since I paid with PayPal. She then told me my order had not printed all because they couldn't make changes because of my payment through PayPal. And the girl CANCELED MY ORDER! I had to wait for a call back from a manager (who called the wrong phone number that I corrected the rep on)! So they left a message at my mother's house saying they'd give me 20% off, and no expedited shipping! 20% is their current offer! Do not deal with them, definitely not worth it!

I bought 3 pairs of French Connection Men's moccasin slippers amongst other things from M & M. Upon opening I could not believe what I saw cheap looking slippers squashed into bags too small and looking far too small. For slippers that had a supposed retail price of around £36 and cost £14.99 I expected real suede. Wrong, a cheap looking fabric with bits of fluff from the lining on the top and very thin soles. My husband takes a size 10 but could not get them on. I I gave him the size 11-12 pair that I had bought for my son to try. But even they were too tight. I had bought a pair for a friend that takes a size 12. No point even giving them to him. I am absolutely shocked at this company, it used to be good years ago.
Even worse when I went to look for the returns label there was not one. M & M do not supply returns label at all you have to buy one even when they send out rubbish that look like fakes. Never again will I even look at their website, be warned!

Never shop on my-mm-shop

Placed an order of projection tablet, but not received the product even after 20 days. Wrote about this on their mail but received no reply. I think it is a fake site. There is no option of COD. And no reviews available for the chosen product.

I can go on and on about my experience with this company. They say on their website that it takes 3-5 days for a refund, Wrong! After many calls, on line chats and e-mails I am still waiting on my refund and it has been 2 months. Whats even worse I cancelled the order I am waiting on the refund for!. Beware Buyer Beware.Its been so long, My M & M's have melted in my hand

Do Not Order Online

My online purchase 2/19/2020. Email thank me for my order, and my order is to arrive on 2/28/2020. I checked the status of my order, and still preparing my order on 3/2/2020. Chat live with Susie, she apologized and my package will arrive on or before 3/11/2020. Well I received a call yesterday, apologized my account will be credited because items no longer available. Save the hassle, shop elsewhere because the customer service is a joke. Great customer service@M&M stores. In the future no online orders for me. M&M online should let Amazon handle their orders, then I will most definitely give them 5! Thanks and avoid online shopping with this company

I'm reading other people's reviews and apparently, they do this all the time. I am FURIOUS right now. So I told my husband I wanted custom M&Ms for Valentine's day. Which he ordered, paid extra $20 for shipping so that I can get it today. First of all, he gets an email that the image he uploaded was wrong. He re-uploaded then it said shipping date will now be the 20th. 20th? What's the point? So he called them to confirm. After a 13 minute wait time, he was told it will be delivered today. So we waited. He got home from work so I asked him to track the package. He tracks it and it says "delivered, left at front door. Signature not required". First of all, I live in a 20 something story apartment building in the bronx so what front door? Secondly, "signature not required?" Really? Extra $20 of shipping didn't require a signature? So he called you guys again, and the agent says "I can "help" you call FedEx to ask where your package is. I'm like "help me?"
Anyway, Valentine's day is tomorrow, no package after spending over $100 and terrible customer service. I'm definitely rethinking this next time and this is a warning to anyone who is considering this. I'm so mad. It's more than just chocolate.

I emailed the m&m company a few times to ask why they advertised a new flavor fudge brownie m&ms to come out in the fall of 2019 and now it is January 2020 and they still are not out! They never answered my question! Don't tell the public you have a new flavor coming out and then you don't!

Those were my favourite sweets since childhood. Lately, I ordered some for my little sister's birthday. I wanted to make a sweet box for her full of different candies and sweets. Unfortunately, the parcel has been never delivered. I called customer support and they said the parcel on its way. Sorry, guys, I haven't received it. I suppose I won't.

I placed an order on 12/2. According to the website it was prepared for shipping on 12/6. I checked several times and then emailed them with no response. I called today and was told two of the items are not in stock. I asked why it said it was ready for shipping and also why no one contacted me. The representative had no answer. I asked for them to ship what they have overnight, but she said they did not offer that service. I asked if they shipped what they currently have when would it arrive. I was told January 8th. A similar situation occurred last year when I never received the shipment and was never contacted. I will never order from them again.

Poor Quality Control!

When you personalize your M & M's online, do not expect to receive anything like the pictures. The ones you receive will NOT look nearly as nice. I ordered my niece's school colors for a graduation party. On the white ones, the ink was smeared. The exclamation point was also smeared making it look like an " l " after her name. You could not see the dot on the exclamation point! I had them redone, and still no quality control. I asked that they please be checked before shipping, but they did not check them. The smears were still there on all the white M & M's. Also, when I was making up the favors, I noticed that there are a lot of broken pieces in the little individual bags. There were three colors. Some bags had almost all black or white. Very few of the 200+ bags were a fairly even mix. I spent a lot of money on these, and it is not worth it at all! I would not order these again. I understand that no one is going to sit there and inspect each M & M. But, I think the amount of broken pieces and the uneven mix of colors makes the little individual bags look unappetizing. The smeared printing is terrible, especially since I had them redone. You would think they would have at least tried to fix this problem. The final thing is, when they ship the individual little bags to you, they are heaped in a huge plastic bag. The individual bags are wrinkled and bent which makes it an even bigger mess. It looks like they were in someone's pocket for a week, and then handed out as a favor. I cannot recommend this at all! On a positive note, the candy was not stale. It really looked bad because of the broken pieces. Don't waste your money. There are MUCH nicer favors. Prettier and less expensive.

Do not order

Do not order from them, i purchased a coupon from Groupon and then placed my order through their site. They waited until the day the order was expected to be delivered to call me and say that the remaining balance didn't go through. They then received the groupon code from me and then came back and said that the amount I owe was 31 dollars which was a lot more than what I had to pay when I initially submitted my order. I really think they have gotten over on me. The customer service tried to say that the site was not calculating correctly what I purchased which does not make sense seeing as though I ordered from their actual site! I will never again order from them!

I wanted to order some custom m&ms for my girlfriend's birthday. I am located in Canada and this resulted in so many extra unnecessary barriers. To start, I placed my order of a 17USD chocolate box (after all customizations) and the shipping on it was 35 USD. While i thought this cost is already so ridiculous (this is shipping regardless of how big or small the order is) I get a call within a few hours of my order. The representative told me that the shipping cost i was charged was incorrect, that it should be EVEN MORE... they wanted to charge me 59USD shipping on a 17 dollar product. I doubt Mars doesnt have the money to be dropping these absurd costs... and i was only able to avoid this charge by asking to speak to a supervisor. Additionally, They said I may get charged at delivery (by the FedEx Person) and to keep the receipt if this happens and send to them for reimbursement. So not only am I being charged double the cost of my product in shipping, but now I have to do extra work to get reimbursements from them? Can they not just pay this fee to FedEx directly?

NEVER AGAIN

I am so upset. This sucks! I ordered 50 customized bags for my nephew's ONE YEAR OLD PARTY. It never arrived even thought I marked the option of express delivery to be sure I had them on time. I was so stress out about the party already and finally realized that the package wasn't delivered the day before of. After waiting 40 min on the phone to talk to a representative all I got was an "I'm sorry your payment wasn't process" when I only got one email confirming that the package will arrive on time. Thank you M&M for making my party unforgettable. Now I do not have any presents to give to my guests for this party!

I'm usually not someone who complains, but why, after 2 phone calls, 1 email, and 1 survey, have I NOT gotten credit for the unauthorized charge to my card? It has been 12 days since I made the first phone call. I have gotten no response from the email or survey. Heads up to anyone who has placed an online order with a discount code. I was told their system will sometimes charge back to a customer the discounted amount. A company like M&M's can't get their billing right? I've come to social media to expose this. For my frustration I was offered a 30% discount on my next order. That's not going to happen!

I have orderd a bag of 1.5kg of personolized mms, but when i received the package the nummer 8 of 2018 is missing, so now i have 12-10-201 on my mms written. They were for my wedding, but cannot use them now. I, ve cald customerservice i had een frech speaking lady on the phone who poorly spoke the british language and only gave back it must have been all my fault, because i supposedly did not enter it correctly in the computer. But didt listning of understood that i tried to tell is that i could enter de complete date in the computer! I've checkt it twice!
She could not help me anyway, its really a shame because i've paid 80 euros for 1.5kg i cant use know.
Maybe i should have checkt it again after purchase, so i could have contact them. But think twice before ordering. Because you should not rely on the customer service of them en the cant come to a understanding with them,
I certainly never order a new bag of my personolized mms, because if the printing goes wrong, youre the one they blame!
