Don't buy My M&Ms

I ordered personalized M&Ms for my daughter's wedding shower. The quality was poor. The product looked nothing like the proof they showed. The letters were thin and broken, the picture had lines in it, and many were chipped. And it was not cheap. Don't be lulled by the pictures.

Horrible!

Placed an order last week with promised delivery date of 3/22. On 3/23 I called to ask where my order was. After a long hold, I was told it wasn't printed yet. It was Thursday And I said I needed it by Monday! She said hold on I'll speak to my supervisor and she said sorry. We can't do it. Even after explaining it was for my son's wedding. She told me I'd have my cc refunded in 5 to 6 business days! They charged it immediately but can't refund it immediately! Their 'customer' service said they can retake my order and I 'should' have it in time. Thanks but NO THANKS. Had I known, I could have ordered something else from somewhere else! I instead they wasted a week! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

Horrible!

Made an order on the 2nd for 7-10 day delivery with an invalid tracking number, called 2 days after it was supposed to arrive and they "put a rush on it". It's the 1st of the following month and the order has still not been processed. No one called to tell me there was a problem with my order to correct it they just let it sit there. Its been a month and my order is just now being processed, more than 2 weeks after the celebration I had ordered it for. First and last time ordering with them. Unacceptable!

Placed my order on Feb. 03,2017 order was suppose to be delivered on Feb. 11,2017 NOPE NOTHING WAS DELIVERED. Well after 3 phone calls no one can actually give me the correct information, which is sad for a well known company. Disappointment

Monday M&M's guaranteed delivery for Febuary 14 for additional $20.00. I called todag they did mot receive my order which is interesting, because the did receive my debit card information as it was charged. The customer service rep repeated over 30 times I understand your frustration but our guaranteed deilvery does not mean guarantee delivery. POSSIBLE the worst online order experience I have ever had.

After reading all the reviews, I got so scared that I called customer service right away. I ordered 2/4 for it to come in Valentine's Day. One week had passed and my item had not shipped and it was four days before Valentine's Day. So I was freaking out. But Ricardo helped me and even rushed the delivery as a curtesy, free of charge. I called on a Thursday and Recieved my package on Saturday! The printing was nice, looked just like the pic I uploaded. It was nicely wrapped. (I ordered the 1lb m&ms in the circular acrylic container and ordered a gift box on the side). Overall happy. Wish I didn't have to call for them to ship though. Makes me wonder what would've happened if I didn't call.

Awful. Simply awful

I was charged 3 times after receiving error messages when I entered my payment information. 3 times, and it was not cheap! I have been trying to get my money back for a few weeks now. They have not been willing to help me AT ALL, they have no record of my transactions. They keep telling me that they can help me place my order over the phone. Please, do not order anything from this website!

Tried to purchase online and it kept saying error purchase did not go through. So I did it twice - error. Checked my account and they charged me twice. I'm currently going to wait for it to show up on my statement to dispute. This was for my sons baptism favors

Never Received Order

I will never ever send an order to this company. They need to be investigated by the BBB. Liars! They keep saying they have done, will do, will try etc etc but nothing happens. My daughter ordered these chocolates for our 50th Anniversary. Never got here for the party. Then they promised they would change to a Xmas order, which is a month after the original order and still nothing. DONT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY E V E R! You will be so displeased and angry :(

I bought personalized m&m's for my baby shower. I ordered them a month in advance just in case there were any issues. Let me tell you there were issues. First I got an email stating my m&m'so were delivered at my house. They never showed up. Called m&m's and they said they ran out of a color to my ordered and never made them. So I asked them now what? They said we will reorder them and I will get an email to when they were made and shipped. So I waited. A few days and a weekend go by and still no email. I called again and they said there was an error in my order and they had to cancel that order and remake it all over again. They took off $20 which made it better. So I finally get my m&m's in the mail like the email said. No issues finally. My card was charged 10/12 for the appropriate amount.
Then on 10/17 my card was charged the original amount of the first order. I called them again and asked what is going on. The lady apologized and kept saying sorry and that my money would be refunded in 3-4 days. So I wait a week just to be fair. Banks take a long time. Dtill no money. I called again asking them wtf is going on. Where is my money? They apologize again and said they stopped the refund but with no explanation. I'm telling the guy this is ridiculous! There was so many issues with this transaction. So he apologizes and tells me he is taking care of it and he will have my money the next day. Well it is now 11/7 and I still don't have my money back in my account. I have the call again to get my refund. This company is so ridiculous. Not only was I not informed that my order was stopped twice because of out of stock color or error but they double charged me. You should let your costumer know when something is wrong so we know to call you. Never doing business again with you and letting all my friends know what a horrible experience I had with your company.

After weeks and weeks they finally admitted that they "were aware there was a problem at their end" resulting in my order never getting processed and shipped and wanted to make it up to me. After 20 mins on and off hold, they told me they would ship me out "a replacement order free or charge of course" - when I said "so you are going to refund me what I already paid you and send me a complimentary order?" she said "No, but we'll send you another order for free"! When I explained that it wasn't free at all since they never fulfilled the first one she seemed confused and said that was best she could do (after insisting I hold for 20 minutes so they could make it up to me). I demanded a refund because I'll be damned if I am giving them ANY business. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE.

I got Libra's Rule!

Hundreds of M's with Libra's Rule written on them. Which is not what I ordered. Strangely, they were overnighted to me, giving me the impression that my order snafu is not their first, and that there are some disappointed Libras out there. Meanwhile these won't work for my 80 year old Pastor. I was assured my order was on rush and would arrive within days. The shipping arrival date came and went. I emailed several times without response, except an automated one that said my message couldn't be delivered. My event came... and went. No order. Finally, days later I received an email saying they will send me a refund or the order, not both. DID I ASK FOR BOTH!?! And I take it the order STILL HASN'T SHIPPED? It went to the Libra's didn't it. Hoping for the refund. Expecting it will end up in someone else's bank account. If anyone got Happy 80th M's, send em my way. I'll trade for Libra's Rule.

Horrible experience!

Their website is very difficult to navigate. I was trying to order the Birthday dispenser and after customizing my mms it was not even an available item under packaging options. The service representative confirmed this was an issue. After spending 30 plus minutes placing my order with her, she informed me they were out of red mms and could not tell me when they would be available. Wasted hour and a half!

I recently placed 2 orders online, May 2016. I received a shipping confirmation 4 days before my orders even shipped yet CS told me they weren't sitting in a warehouse, so why did I get a confirmation on a Thurs and the candies didn't ship out or register on FedEx tracking until Tues? They don't send you a preview if your picture, so first look at the finished product was the shipping confirmation which was gray scale and pixeled. Called to complain but was told that is how it is, really? One of my orders had the M stamp over some of the clip art, called again and was told I had to have the person take pictures and forward it to cs for evaluating... What? Like I am going to bother them to do that, this was a gift, yea take pictures of the screw ups for me so I can get a refund in your gift. Should of been a quick fix, issue me a partial discount, why all the hassle? When when I expressed my frustration I was offered a $2.00 discount. Joke, just forgot about it. It was their lack of quality control and I have to be put out. My other order slightly melted, $14.99 shipping, where is the cold pak? I called again, a complaint has to be placed with FedEx for leaving the item at the door and could take up to 8 wks before I get a refund. Personally I think it's the M&M's company for sending out a shipping confirmation 4 days before the item actually shipped so obviously it was sitting somewhere waiting to ship possibility melting away, and improper packaging. CS is horrible, it's M&M's people not gold. Not sure why all the interragation or hassle to just get a resolution that doesn't take 8 wks or help. Just whatever. Next time ordering from Hershey.

They had a special offering a "free" 7oz Mothe's day bag with any purchase of personalized M&Ms, well no free bag plus the starting price of &39.95 is just for plain m&ms without any print out. Why would you spend $60 on a 2lb bag of plain m&ms, when you get it at the store for $4, RIDICULOUS... With groupon and all They still charge $54.40. NOT WORTH IT! Oriental Trading have many personalized candy for way cheaper, and some other websites, even m&ms shape chocolate candies, for way less than this thiefs charge. On my opinion, customer service was there, but pretty much is a "well that's what we offer, take it or leave it " kind of answer. Don't waste your money, order somewhere else.

Groupon has a "Deal" to use with MMs. You can get nearly the Groupon discount anywhere on the web and MMs charges $15 to ship a very small order. That is 3-5x what it costs. Wish I had checked the MMs ratings first. I'm probably one of thousands of "1 time only" customers for MyMMS.com.

I will never order from it. Order 2 things at same time.
First at local resturant buy one dinner get 1 free resturant refused it.
Second order the glass bowls with lids. I haven't receive it yet. I try to contact them. There answered wait it will be there, it's been month I don't know how long I have to wait.
Be aware DO NOT buy coupon before call the place
I won't even give them 1 star but there is nothing lower then that.

Damaged package
February 15, 2016

Received my order last week box was damaged and part of the bag crushed m&m's everywhere broken. Apparently they can do anything about because it the couriers fault you can't speak to a manager because they don't sema to customers and according I can't claim from my bank because they delivered damaged order and that would be illegal. As there call centre is in France don't expect anything but not helpful rude abrupt arrogant w****ers.

Shame on you, M&M's!

I placed an order for NFL M&M's and and order for a little cousin's birthday gift. When I placed the order online, a coupon was automatically applied at checkout. NOT a coupon I had, or looked up online. This coupon was automatic. The next day, the coupon has been removed and I am being charged full price, NO coupon. I called customer service and was told the coupon was a glitch and they are sorry, but I am being billed for the full amount. This is NOT ok. It seems that as a company, M&M's does whatever they want. You just lost me as a customer. We have ordered custom M&M's many times, not anymore! Not if you are going to change the price and charge me whatever you feel like charging. Shame on you and your horrible customer service.
