I ordered a necklace for Mother's Day. The website said "guaranteed delivery by Mother's Day". It is the day before Mother's Day and I receive a notification that the order will be 2 - 3 days late. Why is MYKA making promises that they cannot keep? Especially when it comes to such an important day as Mother's Day. And to give notice only the day before is outrageous! Now I have to scramble to find a gift that will not be personalized.

Chain was nice looking but the name plate was very small th e very first time I wore it the lobster hook broke it was so little I really like the chain but I don't know about the Quality want be purchasing again

Stay away from Myka!

Beware of this business. They're thieves in sheep skin. I realized within the minute I submitted an order that there was a mistake. Mind you there is no phone number you can call and it takes them more than 24 hours to respond to emails. Long story short, they couldn't fulfill the design I wanted without me having to send a link. I decided to cancel my order only for them to tell me I am outside my 2 hour grace period so they can't get me a refund but only a store credit.

Lovely necklace

I had been looking at the personalized necklace with the birthstone and flower for a while as I thought it very unusual but I couldn't decide in the gold or the silver. I decided on the gold and it is so beautiful and it has a nice weight to it that I have decided to go ahead and buy it in the silver as well! I absolutely love it and will be buying more from this company as the shipping was fast and I had no problems at all. I'm sorry I cannot figure out how to post a picture of it though. Let me start off by saying, never ever shop with this company. This company is a scam entirely. 12/26/22 I purchased what was to be a gift for my girlfriend for our anniversary; a custom 14K gold necklace with her name. I received the item on 1/9/23 and it looked in great shape. Within 24 hours the item broke and had to be returned; red flag from the start. It took 6 WHOLE WEEKS for this item to be sent back, 'replaced' and to come back to me. Mind you, the customer service team is slow to respond and had to be reached out to 4 whole times to find my order. I received it today, 2/22/23 and the item was sent back to me knotted and the piece was NEVER REPLACED but poorly welded back together. This company is TERRIBLE; the quality of the jewelry is poor, over priced, and cheaply made. MYKA is a scam and should be shut down as a whole.

Return nightmare

I have been trying to contact MYKA for several days to send a return. I have tried email(came back not received?) text, messenger. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE PHONE? Come on So no luck. Their jewelry is not cheap and I could use money back due to I already reordered another gift for sister.

Absolute trash

The absolute worst online purchase ever. Ordered an engraved neckalce. The engraving was undetectable. I was told to hold the necklace up in natural light so that I could see the engraving. After dozens of emails in which they tried to sell me something else I insisted on sending it back. Only to to then be told custom orders could not be refunded. Fortunately for me it was just a message gift and my girl just laughed it off after she couldn't see the engraving. Absolute trash!

My husband ordered the 4 Russian Rings Necklace in Premium Silver as a Christmas gift for me. Looking at the photo online, the necklace looks like it would be a conversation piece. In real life, the necklace looks like it could have been purchased at Walmart or a gum machine! The rings are so tiny, someone would literally have to be in your face to read the inscription and then it would still be difficult. It took weeks to get a response from customer service and unfortunately, because the cheap rings were personalized, they would not refund the purchase. They definitely do not stand behind that claim of wanting the customer to be 100% satisfied. They offered a credit for another piece of jewelry. There is not another piece of jewelry from Myka that I would want. I only wish my husband had read the reviews first. He definitely would not have wasted $175 for a necklace that I will never wear. I can't even tell you how cheap the necklace looks! The one star on the review is generous. I would have preferred to have given zero stars.

Even thought the necklace is personalized, we offered you the opportunity to exchange the necklace to something else, or a store credit to purchase something else from our website later. Wrong Item Sent, Unresponsive to Emails

I placed an order for a necklace with five family members names on it (order *******). I received a very cheap-looking chain with a tiny padlock charm on it. I have sent several emails with no response. If this is a legitimate business, it certainly needs better customer service!

Engraved the WRONG anniversary date on a Valentine's Day gift for my partner. They have no phone number to contact and finally responded to a Facebook message. MOST SHADY SERVICE EVER! They said they will send me a replacement when I ship them back my bracelet first. How is that going to work? You already have my money and I'm giving you your stuff back. Absolutely not. I'm currently disputing the charge. Not worth buying through this company.

You can see it was not my fault they did NOT follow my personalized instructions and added the wrong year on to the bracelet. UNBELIEVABLE. WORST. COMPANY. EVER.

P.S for any of you who have recieved the wrong item or something with the wrong inscription from this terrible service. You can report them through the Better Business Bureau. I will be filing a report on them. I suggest you do as well if you want your money back.

I purchased a bracelet in November to be for a Christmas present. The bracelet came and because they didn't have the size I requested they decided they would just give me the smaller size which would not fit the person I was buying for. They did not tell me they were sending the smaller one until I opened and saw how small it was. I emailed them straight away and they said I was only entitled to store credit. After contacting the ACCC I was informed that I am definitely entitled to a full refund. 2 months later and I am still waiting a refund. The emails I have been receiving are misleading and very unprofessional. Poor service and no care for their customers

I ordered my husband a bracelet for Father's Day last year (2022). It says it was delivered and it was not. I've sent several emails there is no us # to call and no one will respond. Basically they stole $135.00 from me and my husband got no gift for Father's Day. I'm on a fixed income and this is not right I want my money back.

Ordered my item in plenty of time before Christmas, paid for the express shipping to make sure it would arrive in plenty of time. Thankfully it arrived, but after spending the extra money for expedited shipping it was pointless. All the could off was a $15 store credit. Why would I want to spend more money with this company.

Wrong item and engraving
December 21, 2022

I ordered a necklace for my wife, the so-called Terry Birthstone heart necklace. I asked for the 4 names of my children to be engraved. The first shipment did not contain the item. I complained and then an item was sent that had the name of just one child. I believe the order entry cut off the 3 other names on the list. I am at my wits end. Sadly, this was supposed to be a gift this Christmas for my wife. This has ruined a well thought out gift. I am so disappointed. Buyers Beware!

Terrible experience, even worse customer service

Ordered a necklace an bracelet for over £200 on 22/11/22 to ensure would have item in time for Christmas
Expected delivery 7/12/22
No sign of item by 9/12/22
Emailed for update and was told I had to contact courier myself and they don't know where it is

A week on after asking for a refund, still dragging their feet an trying to offer store credit

As of 15/12/22 I receive a parcel with just a gift bag in and packaging ripped to pieces and an apology note for packages condition
No necklace or bracelet inside just a gift bag
After informing MYKA that this gift was for Christmas for my partner they are replying every other day with silly questions and stupid offers after clearly asking for a refund from the 10/12/22

Stay away from this store as customer service is disgraceful and quite frankly a pathetic excuse of a company who are now leaving me 2 special gifts less for my partner and showing no intentions of refunding this money in time for Christmas, which will be 2 weeks after refund was requested
