I was excited to see my daughter's necklace after wearing it for couple months it broke. I took the warranty out on it because I knew stuff like this happened. But there is nobody to answer your phone calls only emails they have not addressed the matter. I would never purchase from them again. The service is poor when you can get thru to a live person.

I bought a bracelet in January. Delivery was a nightmare to begin with but the bracelet that is supposedly sterling silver turning brown takes the cake. I ordered a personalized bracelet for my fiance and he hasn't even gotten to wear it yet and it's already turning. I just opened the box to see that. I feel ripped off I should have went with things remembered. I am so mad.

Ordered a necklace on Nov 26 and paid to have it arrive in 13 to 15 business days. My order confirmation said Dec 16 was absolute "latest delivery"... still nothing. In response I emailed them and was given a tracking number and site which provides no info and no responses to multiple emails except one which said dec 31... latest delivery. Who does this?. Save your money... no customer service, no real information... very angry. This was going to be a Christmas gift. I'm really sad. Was told to email again. I have done so... still nothing. Don't use this site!

Horrible experience. If you need the item to be delivered by a certain date (as you can imagine, with jewelry... that's something a gift giver would want) do NOT order from here. I ordered something more than a month in advance, get an estimated delivery date, come closer to the date I decided to email to check on the status of the item, and the customer service LIES to me and guarantees an arrival by a time -- the item didn't arrive and the shipper informed me not only did they not even SHIP the item until the day after promised delivery, but they decided not to flag it as urgent and pay a tiny surcharge even though the customer support said they would. Dishonest, cheap, and frankly, the necklace did NOT look the price. Absolutely horrible. All the reviews on their website read fake to me too.

If I could've left zero stars I would! I ordered 2 custom necklaces back in July 2021 and it's now the end of October 2021 and I have yet to receive them. I've tried calling them and I get no answer. I have emailed them over a dozen times and I get no answer. They scammed me out of over $50. This is ridiculous

I love the MyNameNecklace products, especially the woven engraved bracelets. The quality is great, however the clasps need to be a bit more secure to ensure bracelets do not fall off.
Cheap jewelry and awful customer service. They sent wrong order and said they would replace and then I never heard from them again.

This thing was so cheaply made when I took it out of the box the metal flaked off, tried to get a refund and they wanted a restocking fee of 75%! Not happening! Please do not order any thing from this company. Also the hey changed their name!
