The first Chapter quiz had a misleading question to it that basically asked for the wrong answer and marked down the correct answer as wrong.

Improv Traffic course is informative and entertaining, the material is presented in a way that is easy to recall, if you pay reasonable attention while progressing through the course.
When I contacted the staff through e-mails, or chat my questions were answered in a timely manner. I did speak personally with one of the staff, she was knowledgeable regarding my question, and promptly addressed my concern.

I think it would be a good idea to inform customers that the clock ticks down to the start of the test. If they've opted to print out cheat sheet pages to study before taking the test, have the clock running during their study time off the computer. For me, after hours/days of studying I later discovered I had almost four hours to record as present at the computer. I had assumed that the 4 hours included actually taking the test.
