Ok I've taken the test and was literally reading for 4 hours with not much time wasted. The test was super easy but I have to say it opened my eyes to many Missouri traffic laws and DWI laws I wasn't aware of. I was caught for speeding and this was a court order to drop the ticket. I very rarely drink but this test & the MADD VIP course will fortify I never get behind the wheel if I do drink. The format was interesting and entertaining which kept my attention. One problem I did have was when I was reading the 10 chapters the engagement timer was not running. It only advanced when I took the 3 end chapter questions, so when I went to take the test it said I only spent 4 minutes and wouldn't let me take the test for 4 hours. I called MyImprov and the phone tech was great. He looked up my account, saw I had logged in over 4 hours ago and was active so he opened the exam for me. I was very grateful because the ticket was due that day and I would never made it on time to pay it.

I had some trouble with the link initially, where I was unable to move forward in the modules. But after a short chat based request, the representative quickly corrected the issue, and I was able to complete the traffic school.
