I liked it because it's more useful for me since I don't have much time, and this way I was able to answer on time and confidently. It was also a little difficult for me because English is a bit difficult, and I also had to pay close attention.

The course was really easy to navigate through. Watch the videos, get a few questions, and done. Next chapter. The videos are also good quality. They cover everything that is needed to cover.

Customer service representative resolved my issue immediately. Rep was super friendly & knowledgeable! Overall, the customer service was GREAT!

I like the format of this one. U do each of the courses then the test. And less than the 3 hours of the original one I did 3 years ago. And a better price.

Once you get to your classroom style it's a simple process.

My review title means you should consider sending a PDF right after a course is completed. No productive human enjoys waiting or the time spent waiting.

Were witty and fun. I've taken several online traffic school classes over the years. This class was the least objectionable and offered useful reminders.

My personal experience while taking this course was great, fun, understandable, practical, and if more than wishing, the best ones try on other platforms and only waste time and money, so wait, do not hesitate to take the line here, do not regret God bless you.

I got my certificate, but my wife certificate didn't come yet ( she finished her course before I did)

The service Improvlearning provided was of great value not just the price but the information provided. It was easy to navigate the site, complete the quizzes, take breaks and come back when ready. I did not feel overwhelmed when doing the program. I completed it within a day, that's how relaxing it was you did not realize you were taking a class.

The class was good. I've been driving for over 40 years and I was still able to pick up on a couple of tips. I believe the class is something that more people should take not just for the insurance break, but for the constant knowledge of the laws and always increased traffic. There are more and more cards on the road and we can always learn something.

ImprovLearning was a great way for me to complete the education portion of my adult driver license prerequisites. The support team was very responsive when I accidentally got locked out of my account, and the course was clearly laid out for me to manage my time and retain information. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to prepare for getting a driver license!

Friendly service once you get a hang of everything & overall has very useful information especially if you are a beginner. This has things i would've never known until maybe years later so this helps but just waiting to take my courses. I only did the online exams as of now which are good. I would recommend other especially if it helps with insurance long term…

Did the course in 2022 and taken it again in 2025 it was a great experience. I have to admit it got a reality check on certain things and other things i take for granted. Even the chapter about maintaining my car what to check I could not appreciate that as a new driver in 2022 and I wish I remember these things as my driving progress.

I took the courses originally to save money on my insurance, but i definitely learned things i did not expect to learn.for example the course had a section on driving in weather, a chapter on driving in fog showed me things I never about driving in fog.im 63 and have been driving since I was 18 years old. That's just 1 example

It was good to go over and refresh my mind especially after so many years of driving and taking and study for my permit/ license over 40+ years ago.
