Going great so far. With a lot of daily tasks needed to be done I enjoy the fact the I can do the learning at my own pace of time
My experience with the traffic class was very informative and easy to review. I was able to get through the classes with ease it was very easy to navigate to each section. I was very impressed with the class.
It was pretty straightforward and highly informative. I would recommend having an open book feature but other than that It was fine.
You have to have different email addresses for yourself and your wife. So you have to set up a BS email account. They also want you to have access to a camera to verify your account. They don't tell you in advance. They were good at one time. They just lost 3 customers. They better refund my money.
I have taken several online defensive driving courses. This one is the easiest course to navigate, it has good content and a quirky and funny format. I finished it in one day.
Half of the time spend on this course is spend on clicking and waiting for loading. There are so many steps, after which loading takes a while.
Instead of 5h I think I spend double that! Total waste of time!
Between it constantly restarting the chapters you're on if you ever click away, losing all of your progress if you dare not finish a chapter in it's entirety. Constantly requires you to re-watch the same videos because it didn't register that you did it the first (or second or third) time. This product is made so miserably that you'd think the entire course was made by government instead of the private sector. 24/7 help desk takes longer to fix problems then just restarting from scratch so you're stuck in an endless struggle of whether to waste your time asking them to restore progress, or whether you should just recomplete the modules.
We used this company for my daughter's learner's permit. When she was asked to enter her security questions during her first attempt at the test the system stated they were wrong. When she went back in to attempt again it said she reached her maximum tries. When I contacted the company to rectify this they would not help and refused a refund. Would never use this company again.
Look ANYWHERE else. Definitely an interactive experience but it's just not worth it. Spend a little more $ and go to a school that's actually accredited and connected to multiple DMV's and Courts. 1/10
The course was decent, but had technical issues with the system glitching several times. Once we couldn't reset it for over 24 hours and had to reach technical support. The other two times rebooting the system and losing the work on that chapter and needing to re-do it was the solution. But the Epic fail was in getting the certificate mailed to me. They claim they mailed it USPS on 3/3. I started contacting customer service on 3/10 (I am N. Cal and certificate coming from S. Cal). They kept claiming the mail would take 7-10 business days and it "was on the way". On 3/12 I tried reaching them and couldn't get through on phone. I texted from 8am and finally got a supervisor at 4:35pm to call me. (they respond hours later on text). I then said that I didn't want to wait anymore for USPS and I'd like a second certificate overnighted. By then the Friday deadline passed and I was promised it would go out Monday 3/15. I phoned 3/16 looking for a tracking number and they said there was a payment issue with my apple pay (I don't use apple pay) but no one reached out to tell me about it yesterday so the certificate still didn't go out. Now they say it will go out today and I still need to pay for 1/2 of the overnight cost despite their errors. I would NOT use this company. Choose a vendor with better customer service. DMV appointments are hard to get and I've missed ours because of MyImprov's incompetence.
