Just paid for the class. That's the only thing that worked on the website but not the log in or help center! No phone number. All that works is taking your money. Beware!
I've been waiting 22 days for my certificate, website said I would receive it in 5-12. No email to contact them I've filed a complaint with BBB I should have read the reviews before I purchased but how difficult is it to mail a certificate?
I would strongly advise against using this course unless you're prepared to risk wasting your time and money. There are far better alternatives available that do not come with the same restrictions. I encountered issues with the security questions, even though I answered them correctly. This happened when I was on the last module, and I was subsequently blocked and told I needed to repurchase the program and START ALL OVER again!
I have done many defensive driving online courses in my life, this has been my worst experience by far. Other sites show you several (under 10) videos that are 20-40 minutes long, this crap shows you hundreds of 2 min videos and you have to manually click next on each of then and it takes a long time to load( I have fast internet and the latest phone so it's not me. They also make you "read" hundreds of pages but each has a timer of 2-3 minutes.(screanshot attached) In the ideal world that would only be a few hours but that's not what happens. They also failed my writing check 4 times and it was me every time, this restarted my course after 10 hours in ( yes I did other things so I didn't click the "next" button exactly every 2 minutes) so I had to do it over which took another 8 hours. They also charge your card for services I never signed up for and after I have it removed they do it again and again. There is no number to call only an email which hasn't responded to me and and I'm sure we all know why.
They lock you out and make you restart after not typing a phrase the same way you did (?) after 6hrs of work. Total waste of time. Avoid this company they reply with a computer not a person

I have been getting a $5 charge/month from this site as well as Aceable.com for roadside assistance. Tried to cancel online but they say they sent a link to billable email but have never received anything. Checked spam and junk. Tried my child's email with same result.
Can't remember even using these sites for online driving courses for my child! I won't tell you how many months I have been charged this due to embarrassment.

There should be a zero star for this site. I paid for their online defensive course only to encounter problems of the course being locked out. All that was available is the introduction. Their online support is none and i was emailed that i'm in line based on other customers before me, not letting me know how long or how many customers. Avoid this online course. There are many other better sites.
I signed up, not realizing that this outfit would charge us monthly forever. Beware. I think it offers legitimate online courses (though I wonder whether they do this automatically, essentially without cost to them). But the incessant charging and apparently difficulty of canceling a subscription are big negatives.
This site is absolutely horrible. So many problems with the site starting with: chapters change after reading, when completing the section it won't let you take the test. I had to call them 6 or 7 times and I was only on Chapter or section 2. So many problems that I just gave up and had them refund my money.
Was almost finished and was locked out because apparently my typing pattern wasn't the same waste of time and money! Go elsewhere!
Travel tips, as in: If you have a travel companion, stay together. Plus they add on another 8 bucks to send your cert to the DMV. I didn't need that. Will not take this course again.
Their website stated that I was REQUIRED by Texas law to purchase my drivers record for $20 extra, when in fact, it was not required. I was told that they did NOT need it. This is false advertisement from a course I have used for defensive driving & so far, 3 of my kids have used for driver's ed. I am very disappointed in the "resolution" of refusing to refund something that was clearly a misrepresentation of the truth. I have referred this site to so many of my friends and family, but this will not happen again.

I have taken about a dozen online course the the past 18 months and this is by far the poorest quality. The information is tedious and uninformative. I was really hoping to learn something but there was virtually nothing useful. Got me my 15% insurance discount but was a terrible educational experience. Delaware should be ashamed to promote this course.
Took a course, seemingly ok. Sitting waiting for a certificate for 25 days... Emailed the company- email address not found- email returned to me unsent. Fishy company! What do I do now?
The course was pretty easy to do but then a few months later I see a recurring $5 charge for roadside assistance I never signed up for. They are so aware of this that when you call *******363 they only have 3 options, 2 related to the certificate and the last one is for the road side assistance. You cant speak to anyone to cancel but have to go though some convoluted testing back and forth to do so.
Artificial waiting periods drag this out forever. Strays from core mission of driving safety into child care and pet care. I'm certified in training development. Whoever cobbled this dribble together had no clue on the principles of adult learning. If I could have given this a negative score I would.
I took this course back in July 2020 for driving school due to COVID. I had not realized that they were charging me $5 a month for their "roadside assistance" subscription that I did not sign up for. I called multiple times during businesses days and all I got was that they were currently closed. I texted the number as directed to due so and they said they would cancel my subscription. However, I did not ever authorize this subscription. FRAUD
It is a SCAM. They kept locking my account so I had to pay to have it unlocked! This last time, they locked it only a week after I paid to have it unlocked. They requested an additional 9.95!
