I guess anytime a company insists on not making their number available be ware. They didn't send the certificate to the DMV as promised. I went to the DMV myself and presented the certificate I printed and the DMV doesn't recognize it. There is no one or any customer service number you can call. This is terrible. I'll be talking about them on the radio all week. Terrible
I am a lawyer. I've sent many people to this course. I just paid for it passed it and they have told me they can't send the certificate to me. One lousy stamp. They said they emailed it. They fudny
In my opinion, I think the timing on each slide is unnecessary... honestly. Without a timer on the slides, I think It would be less time consuming in some ways, with that I could be finished reading a slide and there still be like 3 minutes left in those five minutes. Feel like it this course could use without the timer pertaining to the reading slides.
I have a appointment in 2 hours, i completed 86% of the course and the course is froze. If for any reason they need to check authenticity, all they should ask is to do is relogging but it just does not allow me to continue. They do not have customer care service number available at all. This is a BIG SCAM I do not recommend this website to anybody. They made few videos and minting money with out any customer service.
If i could rate 0 stars i would. Literally wasted my money paying for the drug and alcohol section, because it wouldn't load the test after i paid.
Used iDriveSafely for a safety driving course and I'm getting charged $5 monthly fee I never signed for it. This is the typical online service scam, where you pay for a service just to realize they will be charging you a monthly fee you never signed for it, unrelated to what you paid for.
I hadn't had a ticket in 15 years unfortunately I got pulled over and got a ticket I read online if you take a driving course the state clear your driving record. I went to this website and registered not knowing you can't take the course without a state letter first their website doesn't specify it either so I took the course on march the 23 rd and I passed on the 24th I received an email from them saying I was not eligible for the course so I called them and they told me why the representative told me soon as I received the letter from the state email them which I did 3 days later the state sent a letter out this worthless company emailed me back saying that I wasn't eligible because I took the course too early. How the heck should I know all this things if they don't specify on their website? So I demanded a 56 bucks refund that I originally paid for the course and this scumbags denied the refund saying I took a course and they not going to refund me my money so now I'm out of 56 bucks nothing but a rip off.
Not much more to add that the others here havent already posted. My only hope in posting this is to hopefully let someone else know how bad this group is. From the out of date videos, horible website interface, lack of customer serivce - go ahead and try and find a number to call, this group is the worst. Avoid at all costs.
To be honest, just pay your traffic ticket and don't bother if this is offered. First, I had to pay $80 which was not specified in court. So, fine. $80 is less than my ticket, so may as well right? Nope. I was told right on the website that my completion of the course would be reported to the courts/DMV and I didn't need to do anything else. That was a blatant lie. I'm still getting mail telling me I need to pay my ticket months later, after trying to figure this out numerous times.

I payed them to do the course and when I am trying to sign up every password That I try it keeps getting rejected I cannot get a hold of them at all so if feels like they just took my money and will not let me do the course

My daughter completed the course. Got verification by email saying it was completed. Said verification was sent to DMV. We drove 40 miles to DMV. Five days after said completion and DMV has nothing. Try to call and no customer service. Txt or email them sit and wait. Not happy!

Before I started the Course, I registered for Keller Court. Everything is normal until I got my Certificate from them with different name of the court that I asked for. Then I can't call them, messages and wait for long time. I tried to ask for the duplicate certificate, they priced it for $10. WHAT THE...?

I've tried to get ahold of customer support on two occasions. Both times I was on hold for over an hour only for an agent to pick up, ask for my name, email, and phone #, then hang up.

The course was easy enough to do it's very outdated but that was not a problem. The problem is that I have been waiting for 6 weeks to get my certificate and Ohio to get the information to satisfy my suspension can not talk to anyone in the customer service department and when they did email me back saying that they had sent the information to Ohio but the number it was faxed to is not the correct fax number still have not received the certificate to finish my suspension.
My son passed the test. Get to DMV they have no information to the confirmation number Idrivesafely gave me. Have been trying to call for the last three days no answer. The phone hung up after being on hold for a hour. Then call back is said it's closed at 130pm. Smh...
Awful awful awful. I paid for the course and exam. My son passed both but then it wouldn't submit it. I work nights so I stayed up to call them Monday morning and I just kept getting message saying I'm calling outside of the business hours. I emailed them and got no response. I never got ahold of them and ended up paying for it again through a different company!
Purchased course for my son to get his permit. He was 18 when we signed up and completed the course within a few days. Afterwards he got email stating they couldn't send the cert and need his confirmation code which had already been provided to sign up. Then they said they wouldn't provide his cert since he is 18. In the state of Colorado you must have a permit first. No I can't get any response from a manager to resolve and requested a refund with no response back. Don't use the company if you want a complete product or customer service.
Due to social distancing, I did this course online. I absolutely regret it. Their information was lacking, inaccurate and out of date. Much information for which dates were listed were at least 10 years old. The quizzes included several questions about specific statistics, out of date and not really relevant to safety issues. I didn't receive my certificate so I emailed them. I was told by them that they are closed and, essentially, tough luck. Their email stating I completed the course can't be accepted by my insurance agent and he's baffled why this company can't generate a certificate and put it in the mail. If I have to take another course before the backdate date expires, I will see them in court. I have filed a complaint with the NYS Attorney General and I am looking for other people who have been scammed to start a class action lawsuit.
