It was more entertaining than in person classes. It can be broken down in segments.
I suggest taking it in a short window so you don't have to refresh your memory. Much easier to fit into a busy schedule.

The course was informative and enjoyable. The comedy breaks made the material easier to remember and the time required for the course go faster. Taking the IMPROVE course was much more fun than a prior online course on the same subject several years ago.
