Scammed

We booked tickets from Thailand to KL and then back to Australia. Tickets were printed with the wrong date and immediately called head office to have the flight dates changed. We called 6 times and each time were told it was our bad luck and no credits would be given. A total scam with no customer satisfaction or care. This company should be removed from operating for any airline.
We booked Malaysian airlines through My Holiday bookings and the airlines will get the after shock as well.

I have investigated the issue and i see that tickets were issued correctly as per data you provided at the time of the booking. Unfortunately the airline you booked has strict fare rules which did not allow to do cancellation as ticket was completely non-refundable.

As a broker between yourself and the airlines, Myholidays.com does not have any influence over the policy of airline.

I have checked with concerned team to process the refund in an other account but as per guidelines by banks/payment Gateways we are unable to process in another account. The security checked is used to protect our customers from fraud attempts and we do consider our passengers´ security a top priority.

Since your card is not active then only option we can offer you credit shell, which you can use up to one year.

1 Star is already too much for MyHolidays. ComBought Cairns -Brisbane return ticket through skyscanner. Best option looked like MyHoliday
Total price after confirming payment was higher and on top of that even higher when checked my online banking. $11 its not a fortune but this is SCAM and people deserved to know of their dodgy practices.
Minutes later I rang MyHoliday agent who refused to provide me her name or representative number or even conversation reference number. Was told I expect flying donkies and was disconnected after demanding talk to her manager. I rang again and second representative was bit better. Was asked to send bank statement screenshot. In meantime support sent me an email with attachment I apparently agreed to pay $228 but my statement shows $232 ( original price supposed to be $220.27). They faked incorrect billing and still sent me wrong amount. They are scammers and Ppl please think twice before you do any deals with them. If every customer is overcharged only $11 think how much money they make every day. If you bother to answer My$#*!tyholidayI want to know why your reps refuse provide identification details or conversation ref. Numbers. Once they see they can't fool you with excuses US to Au conversion charges or taxes they can't literally show you, they will hang up on you. PAY BIT MORE AND AVOID THIS SCAMMERS! They have hidden charges! Price on screen is not the same after final payment!

There is nothing good about this mob. They are a disgrace. The web site is set up to scam people. True scammers. 1 star review is the lowest I am forced to give. But true rating is much much worse.

When you try to book flight, it has a promotional price on skyscanner. When you get through booking system and enter payment details, then suddenly prive is way higher and you can accept it easily by mistake. That's a scam to have high scores on skyscanner etc. If you search your flight again, fares are still low, and again when you try to book price changes to higher ;)) ) Stay away!

At first I just wanted them to make a change to 1 letter in my last name. I sent them an email about this 5 minutes after I made the reservation. Mysteriously 6 minutes after i sent them the email to make the corrections my flight was already booked and they wanted to charge me $50 to change the 1 letter. I thought it was a scam so I called the airline and they told me I had to do it through myholiday.com but now when I asked how much was the name correction they wanted to charge me $170. So I decided to cancel the flight and had to pay $203 to cancel a flight 24 hours later. They sent me an email afterwards saying that it will take 3 to 4 weeks for me to receive my refund. I have never heard of a refund taking this long to process. Hopefully I won't get scammed.
Will never use them or recommend them to anyone again.

I booked today 4 hours ago i have screen shot And printed booking confimation but when i received my iterinary they gave me different timing of the flight (Booking ID OTAA*******) I HOPE THEY CAN CHANGE THE FLIGHT I HAVE BOOKED because it needed to be change! I EMAILED THEM BUT 3 HOURS NO REPLYING. I CALLED THEM THEY SAID THAT THEY WILL CALL ME BACK. I HOPE U CAN CHANGE MY FLIGHT NOW. BECAUSE IT NEEDS TO BE CHANGE!

Worst website and service I've ever seen!
What happened with me is that when I arrived to the airport, I found out that the flight I booked on myholidays.com doesn't exist! Not cancelled, but not even there! Tried to call them hundred times but no response, then I booked another ticket at very high price because I needed to travel that day.
This is not the only issue, as this can happen from the airline or what so ever, but there responses to my emails are very late, and vague, they didn't even apologize for this mistake, no refund until now it's more than a month.
Return flight was fun as well, weight was not mentioned in the ticket and during the booking, but found at the airport that was "light ticket" which doesn't include check-in luggage, so I paid ×2 price of the original ticket just for luggage

First booking went okay though the site was not very helpful the pricing was nice. Which is why I tried to use them the next time - that is when the bait and switch kicked in.

We were on our vacation and decided on a whim to go to Greece since we were close already. I queued up the flights I wanted. Price was great. I put in the relevant info but the credit card was declined. I noticed then that the reason for the decline was that the price changed from 200 to over 800 dollars. The site gave NO WARNINGat all. Thankfully I do not keep much on that debit card.

I understand that prices sometimes change on fares pretty quick though I have never seen then quadruple and I have ALWAYS been warned and given another chance to change my mind.

Just for fun I logged out of the site then in on another machine and queued up the same flights again. Yep, they were listed still at 200 dollars and once again when I pushed submit I got a decline (different card also low limit) and once again the screen that came up after the refusal showed the price as over 800 dollars.

Classic bait and switch tactics! I would not recommend anyone use myholidays.com

BTW I did email customer support and received a rather rude reply telling me my card had declined so the booking didn't go through (duh). I emailed back trying to explain what I had said in my first message, another reply this time telling me the increase was due to a price change from the carrier and was out of their control.

This was not a price change, prices do not quadruple in 1 minute. If it had been a price change the user should be told and given the opportunity to reconsider.

Again classic bait and switch. This is the most dishonest thing I have encountered on the Internet, and I shop online a lot.

Booked a round trip to Romania through Myholidays (outgoing via BlueAir and returning with Arkia). After they received payment they contacted me and claimed that before the ticket was approved the fare increased because of Arkia and I had to pay an extra 80 USD for the return ticket. In the same email they said that the ticket TO Romania was already approved.

I agreed to add the 80 USD but shortly after they demanded another 220(!) USD claiming the fare went up again.

At this point I've had enough and demanded a full refund on both tickets to which they replied that they can only refund me on the ticket coming back from Romania. How was I supposed to come back, I have no idea! I replied it's unacceptable and haven't heard back from them since. This is fraud since they did not deliver what I paid for and decided to change they price after I already paid.

This is the most horrible experience I've aver had ordering tickets online. Stay clear of this website like the plague.

Save yourself the trouble and don't book with myholidays.com. I recently bought a ticket through the website which was my mistake because I had never heard of them before. Within minutes of booking the ticket I called myholidays to cancel the ticket. They instructed me to call the airline directly, get them to cancel the ticket, refund them, and then they would issue me a refund. I did as was instructed but, myholidays did not honor the refund. So, instead of just getting my money, they got the airlines money as well.

Ordered a ticket and after one hour decided to cancel it. I'm aware of the 24 hour cancelation law that most companies apply.
Called the airline, waited 1 hour - no response.
Contacted by email, and then they started forwarding me to the airline company, contacted the airline directly, they said that the agent is my address (makes sense).
Contacted Myholidays again, then they replied, that "cancelation fee" will be higher then the ticket price itself.
In a nutshell - SCAMMERS!
