At the beginning of this month I asked for a rebooking so I use my voucher of 190 euro. 3 weeks in and all I hear is that they are waiting for the airline response. I called the airline and they confirmed nothing is pending on them but MyHoliday has to issue the voucher. So now what? Will I get my money back?
I booked one flight through this travel agency and that has been cancelled due to covid 19 issue, Now to rebook the flight to use the money, no one from myholidays is helping and it seems that they have eated my money. They are just the worst company after sales.
This is the worst travel agency I ever encounter! I have a booking with them on July 16 and Emirates send me an email that It will be change by July 17. I thought everything is ok, when I checked it in the website of Emirates it's always technical error. I been communicating with them for the past one week and they keep on saying to wait for 24 hour. Last email I received with them is try to call the airline.
I called the airline this morning, and they said tht my flight is cancelled! No confirmation from my side! This travel agency did not confirm to me about this thing and now the flight is totally useless. Worst of the worst.

Following cancellations of my original April travel, I have been attempting to book new flights using my credit (confirmed verbally, refused to provide me with an email confirmation). I need to fly home THIS Wednesday at the latest to get my daughter to a hospital appointment on Friday, but after daily communications via messenger, multiple emails and phone calls, the closest I got was them trying to sell me a new set of tickets without using my credit.
What a ridiculous business. I've been nice, I've been rude, I've been patient, now I'm just incredibly angry. And out of principal I will peruse this as long as necessary.

Edit 5 days later: finally got new flight details and payment link. A few extra hundred dollars for a last minute booking, which i was advised the night before could not be confirmed. I had to spend several more unhindered dollars getting a flight direct with another airline, and as yet, have not been advised when I will recieve my refund for a payment made but tickets never booked.
I am BEYOND anger at this point in time.

Air india express cut too much for refund fee. Holiday factory was very kind enough to help me and waive of whatever they could from their end. Hopefully the refund will reflect back in my account in a week as they promised.
We are very happy because of the epidemic our flight was prohibited by the Hungarian government. I raised my concerns to my agency and MyHoliday worked on that issue until we received back a full compensation.

I booked the air ticket on myholidays site having booking reference number OTAA*******. In which payment is deducted from my credit card and i have not received the air ticket. I got a mail from myholidays saying that within 30 minute you will receive mail having ticket. I have not received air ticket then i asked for payment refund that also i have not received from last two month. Then i came to know Myholidays is cheating many customer. And myholidays is very much weak in customer support system. If you want to talk customer support representative you will not be able to find out
Have been emailing for 2 months concerning refund on refundable tickets due to virus cancellations by United and ANA. Their reply continues to put forth the IDEA that they are working on it with NO results. Have contacted both airlines and verified flight cancellations; however myholidays.com reply to this information is they have received NO reply from the airlines. Obviously myholidays is lying. This was our first purchase through them. We travel extensively spending $5-7K annually on flights. I hope the company realizes the damage this is doing to their future business prospects. Still awaiting response with only 10 days until the flight was to begin. I shall update again after the 16th of April with final assessment.
I have been sending emails but no response and if mistakenly they will response that would be only to let you know that we have received your complaint and we will get back to you within 24 hours but i tell you no one will revert.
Due to covid-19 all the country suspended their flights and travel has been cancelled.
As per advisory from aviation travel agents must provide full refund or travel voucher but #myholidays want to eat money and don't wanna take burp even.
It was my biggest mistake that i have chose this company.
If world travel company or aviation authority will not take action against myholidays till that day this people will keep looting.

We booked an airline ticket through Myholidays.com so our daughter could come home to visit. With the Corona Virus we attempted to cancel the ticket and get a refund. Their website said we had to get an e-mail from the airline referencing the flight and then the refund would be provided. When we contacted the airline they had no records of the flight. We have tried to contact Myholidays.com and we just get some BS response to e-mail and disconnected on the phone. They are total scammers... horrible that people like this would take advantage of others during such a difficult time in the world. Contacting Federal Attorney General's Office and the FBI and our Bank. DO NOT do business with this company. They are the lowest of the low...
Have booked a flight on myholidays.com with the airline Cathay Pacific with a two-year-old child now the airline offers to cancel the flights free of charge because of the Corona virus and a 14-day quarantine. To do this, you should contact the travel agent myholidays if you call by phone no one answers the phone even though a dial tone sounds and emails are not answered. This is a tour operator who is not interested in the lives of people and small children in such a situation and tries to withdraw money that he is not entitled to. You have to go directly to Rechtsanwald with this company myholidays. Thousands of people die and they want to make money with death.

Wir hatten einen Flug in die Philippinen (Cathaypacific)gebucht mit Transit in Honkong. Wegen des Coronavirus könnte man gemäss Fluglinie die Buchung kostenfrei stornieren.
Nach etlichen Emails und Telefonaten wurden wir immer wieder vertröstet geduldig zu sein da sie auf die Bestätugung von Cathaypacific warten.
Ich habe direkt mit Cathaypacific gesprochen, diese haben mir versichert dass das Problem nicht bei ihnen liege.
Wir haben einen Monat später keine Bestätigung der stornierung oder eine Zusage für die Rückzahlung der Tickets.
Wir fühlen uns betrogen, über 2000Euro verloren!

Good services, neat and clean rooms but food was not very tasty, honest staff. Dish TV recharge was not done.
I had the flexibility of changing my booking dates from my original booking from Kununurra to Perth and that's when the nightmare started. Numerous calls and emails and even after I top-up the additional cost, I did not get my e-ticket from them. I panicked and made numerous calls to them, the repeated message I get from them, 'we will respond to you in an hour', 'we will respond to you in 4 hours', 'the supplier's office is close (based in Hong Kong)', 'we will get back to you tomorrow' 'the airline has not responded' I called the Airline directly and was informed the agent has not touch based with them and they advised to book with them directly next time. I even got the Airline staff to call myholiday and to my surprise the staff at myholdiay informed Airline staff that their request for my change of flight has been rejected by their supplier. I called them back to say they have not been honest with me, only to keep me believing that the E-ticket will be coming soon. None of these were followed through and I continue to wait. Now I am supplied with the supervisor no. Who is in Qatar and I am waiting for dawn in Qatar to get in contact to see what is going to happen next...
