SCAM!

After I purchased a ticket online, they jacked up the price by a $100. Claiming the ariline had raised the price. After cancelling the purchase, I bought the same ticket direct from the airline for $100 LESS than the original price I was given! Also, their customer service number, which is outside the US, does not work. SCAM!

Price not as advirtised

The biggest scamming booking company to deal with. Made 2 bookings in different days. First dropped since price increased. They said i am liable for fees after i declined to pay the increase, but dropped it when i found this. "Regulation 1008/2008/EC
Second booking same thing after making payment i got an email that the price increased.
And please if you a price at the very end where you make a payment does your price change?
For me both times the price increased on the payment page as soon as i input anything there.
So expect 2 price changes people one on the payment screen and an email later. And also if you don't agree they will say that fees shall apply.

I am still waiting on my refund which i now fear you have just kept and stolen from me! I am not getting any feedback regarding my refund and the communication from you is utter terrible! I am reporting you since i have now established you have stolen it from me. You guys are frauds and steal money! Don't use myholidays!

I paid $350 dollars for a one way ticket from El Paso to Detroit from their website and when we got to the airport, they did not have the tickets booked for us. They simply give the flight numbers and booking which is fake. When I called their 800 numbers, it all have voice mail and then hang up. They have a fancy website but it is all bull$#*!. They are F* thieves. WHat I mean the true meaning of thieves.
Never buy from this website and company again. I got on the chat online with them they say they have refunded me three weeks ago and I never received any money back from them.
Is there any legal thing I can do against them?

FRAUD!

Absolutely disgusted that a company can claim to be a 3rd party booking agent and screw you over! I have made a booking for a flight and after making the booking had my flight cost increased by ZAR113, then had an addition ZAR9.21 deducted off my bank account then was sent a request to process a furtehrZAR186 on my bank account because the airline had increased their prices - it is impossible that an airline can increase their flight prices almost on the minute. I have now lost ZAR126 as they are not willing to refund the full amount. Where are our consumer rights to be protected against companies like this. I am sorry but you cannot blame the airline for increasing their prices - this is a company that is conducting false advertising.

I reported this cibercrime activity to the South African Police Service for investigation and removal of company from website. Do not book with this company, it is a scam. We still awaiting our refund after various emails, and contact numbers are invalid. See attached proof of booking, Ref: MHF*******.

I had a bad experience with myholiday. I had buy airline tickets with them and they did a daily for my flight for three time with out my notice. I did the cancellation for the tickets to get my money back with in 13 business days and until now I haven't been receive my money back. The most important thing they didn't have a call center in U.S. A

Booked air tickets on their platform, they swapped my dates around so I can pay extra to correct them
They when I started querying and then realise that the return tickets where not even bought and they money that they said it was to change the dates, it was to purchase there return ticket. Be careful.

Booked a flight to Vietnam from Australia.
Booked internal flights in Viernam and Cambodia 7 trips, just over $750.
When covid came and could not travel. Kiwi.com, GOTOGATE, and Travel2be did not offer a refund. Only Holidays.com returned some of my money.
Good communication. Will use them again. Never the others.

This is scam agency. They are just doing fraud against you. Do not waste your time booking with them.
They will first charge you and make the booking. Once Payment is done. They never send you ticket.
Only after your follow-up they will ask you to pay more amount and give you option of Refund. Then they never React or get back to you. One of the $#*!ing bull$#*! Agency. NEVER TRUST THIS PEOPLE.

This agency has very bad customer service and they manipulate the prices when making the reservation, the price is relatively low, then they call to say that this rate is no longer in force, there is an increase of 70 dollars and if you try to cancel it they say they will give you a discount of $ 20 and that if you try to make another search the cost will be higher. I asked if someone could help me in Spanish to understand better because their prices vary but they did not help me with that either. Three hours later I try to cancel the reservation and I see that their prices have dropped, which I don't think they manipulate their prices. When trying to cancel they tell me that I have to pay $ 120 fee. I explain the situation to them and they say that prices change constantly. The worst customer service I have ever had. Do not trust this agency is the worst...

SCAMMERS

They are a travel agent based in the Middle East with an Australian phone number connected to an answering machine in Sydney that is never answered by a real person, therefor you con not contact them by phone. They took my money for flights for my partner and I (OTAA*******) and when we contacted them by email and asked for a cancelation because of covid-19 it was some time before they got back to me saying they were waiting on the airline for a refund. I contacted them again and I was told they were still waiting on "Virgin Airlines" for a refund. After several weeks of being lied to I contacted Virgin and they told me all cancelled tickets sold by all agents were refunded and found out that this company had been lying to me. They have kept my money and there is no refund from them and they are blaming Virgin and giving Virgin a bad reputation. My advice to travelers and to Virgin Airlines is not to deal with Myholidays because clearly they are rip offs.

Total rip-off!

Booked a flight (non refundable). Was told weeks later by my surgeon not to fly due to Covid risk.
Called and was told I'd get nothing (however, Spirit did a total refund of flight costs). When speaking with Holidays.com and sending an email explaining Covid risks, was told, "No refund."
I fail to understand how/why a booking company can get away with this. It amounted to several hundred dollars and all it required them to do is do some key strokes! Had the said there's a $50 fee or something like that, I'd understand, but they're a dishonest, self serving company! Do not do anything thru holidays.com!

In February 2020 I booked a return flight from Perth to Adelaide and return for late April 2020. With Covid-19 Australians were advised not to travel and the Western Australian State Premier locked our border to interstate travel. Since then I have been trying to get answers from myholidays as to how I can get a refund (ignored) and my shell/credit voucher (also ignored). They don't answer e-mails. They are a riff off company and should be banned from advertising as they are just scammers. I would give a minus rating if I could.

I booked a ticket in March and still have not received my ticket. Although they reply from time to time the same thing that they are waiting the ticket from the airline and even requested to pay more(saying that the airline is requesting) and I haven't received my ticket yet! Worst company ever!
