Descent Service

I was a bit hesitant in the beginning about opting for Myholidays but I'm surprised how easy it was to book my domestic travel with them. Their travel agent offered me a good price after about two calls with him and I was able to get my preferred flight for the day. Although the payment could've been a little better but I'd still recommend most people to try their services by looking at the overall experience.

This is THE WORST COMPANY in my life in which I have dealt. Never contact her! Never! This is the most irresponsible company in which no one cares about you. They changed my tickets 3 times for me, and then when I had to fly home, they did not warn me that the flights were canceled, and when I turned to them for help, they said that these were not their problems and that I had to solve them myself. I repeat again - THIS IS THE MOST HORRIBLE COMPANY from which you can buy tickets. They also completely refused to compensate me for anything

1 year I am waiting for the refund. Still they are not following it. When ever I send an email asking update, they will send the same mail telling they are still checking on it. Air India express mailed me that they have already refunded the amount to myholidays account. But still myholidays doesn't transferred the amount to my account.

Don't trust them, if you want cancel or date change the flight, you will die but they will not do it for you.

I have never seen such a stupid company

In this case you can only contact direct to the airline, don't waste your time and money by booking with stupid travel agent

They don't have even single respect.

Booked LEVEL airline roundtrip tickets through MyHolidays back in February 2020. Covid-19 lockdown happened, LEVEL cancelled the flights. In December 2020, LEVEL airlines sent me an email saying they will offer a full refund. End of January 2021, I see that LEVEL has issued the refund, but not to my credit card. I call LEVEL customer service, who let me know that the refund was issued to the third-party, MyHolidays, since they are the ones who did the reservation on the website. LEVEL says I will now have to claim the refund from them.

I have been contacting MyHolidays since January 2021, (it has been 3-4 months) they keep dodging my emails, pretending they are "waiting on the airline's response", and never reaching back out again. They reply to you with some BS email pretending they will look at the issue and leave you hanging indefinitely. Be assured that these people are complete scammers who have absolutely no intention of ever refunding your money.

Save your money and book directly through the airline's website. You do not get anything positive out of booking with MyHolidays.

Please tell everyone you know to avoid them, as well. They do not deserve a single booking.

Ticket Scalpers

This company charged me double on the debit card after declining my transactions twice because of billing address. I emailed to follow up on being double charged. They they started saying they only billed me once. And then proceeded to tell me if I wanted a refund it would be 50$. I said I just don't want to be billed twice. Then I called my bank and they said I was charged twice. Then myholdidays follows up to tell me that they only charged me once and I needed to pay an additional 50$ to secure another airline ticket bc my original return flight on my round trip was sold out. So now 583.74 is out of my account and they want to me give more money to fix a mistake on their end. I will find the better business bureaus of the UK if I have to.

حجزت عن طريقهم من سنتين وبعدين لغيت الحجز بسبب كورونا وكلمت شركة الطيران اللي كنت حاجز عليها وبالفعل رجعو الفلوس لحساب
Myholidays وللأسف لحد الان ما بدهم يرجعولي المبلغ لحسابي واتكلمت معاهم كتير جدا علي الايميل وعلي التليفون ولكن ردهم كان من فضلك اصبر. صبرت ٢ سنتين لحد الان. شركة نصابين. لا انصح اي حدا يحجز عن طريقهم لأنهم ماعندهم مصداقيه

I had booked my ticket for 8th April 2021 under emraites ek522 based on that I took my pcr rest and updated necessary documents in our indian portal. After reached airport and took boarding pass it came to know dat my flight is on 9th April 2021, there was no any update that I have received from your end about schedule change I had given my phone number but still nobody have updated anything about schedule change, now I'm stuck inside airport till next day night 9:30 pm for rescheduled flight.
Its really horrible to book under your service. First tym experience is worst experience. For what purpose do we are updating the mobile number while booking then if there no alter in mobile.
Really suffering a lot inside the airport for 30 hours till the 9'th April schedule gets in it.

I paid for a ticket with them and it said confirmed for the price and flight and then they sent me a high increase and said that the airline increased the fare. I spoke to a Indian sounding MARK S. Who was very abusive and saying I don't know basic maths. I then asked for my full refund and now waiting for it. This company is run by a bunch of scammers and they are shameless and ruthless. Why are they allow to operate in the US with their third world lies and tricks. WE MUST REPORT THEM!

They charged me $471 for 2 tickets sent me fake etickets I tried to get my money back and they never answered the phone. The guy name was Dante and they had a foreign accent. Please DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY WITH THEM.

They gave me a given fare for a flight, then an hour later asked for $53 more to "confirm the reservation". They refused to issue a full refund and I had to dispute with credit card to get my money back. Don't buy from these scammers.

Myholidays = Cheaters

On 17th of march, i bought a Fly Dubai ticket from Dubai to Maldives for my family from MY HOLIDAYS. After i made the payment, i received an e-mail to pay additional AED 1.212 to finalize the booking. I called and e-mailed them about the situation so i already paid, They told me that the price has increased and they did not update their system. I said ok, then refund the amount so i will cancel it, they get AED 450 for the cancellation. It was not my mistake.
1- My Holidays is cheating customers, showing low price which they do not have
2- They are asking cancellation fee, this is how they swindle customers.

Stay away, do not trust in the low price,

I booked a flight home with My holiday thinking it would be hassle free. The flight had a layover, and they gave me 2 out of 4 confirmation numbers. When I asked about it, they said that the confirmation number were the same because it is the one designation. Its not. Now the airline won't help me because MH uses not your email, phone number, zip code, or any of the verification questions... now I'm at the airport having go around trying to get home because they are trying to charge me extra for bags.
