I went through hell for just booking a trip with this traveling Agency. My reservation was canceled, but the airlines issued me a future traveling voucher. I contacted the traveling Agency to issue me another ticket since morning, they agreed to change the flight date since it canceled and email me a new booking information within 2 hours, but they have not emailed me any confirmation yet. However, they don't usually send any update. So I doubt I will ever receive any update from them and I don't know how to get them to issue me a new ticket.

WORST

WORST!
I booked my Ryanair flight though myholidays.
Ryanair requires online check in prior 24 hours before the flight, otherwise checking in on the airport requires additional 55 euros fee.

The information myholidays provided me with about my flight IS WRONG.
It is was not possible to check in online with the reservation number they provided me with. And now online check in is over. And I will have to pay extra money on airport cause this company can't do their work properly.

Myholidays has the worst customer service too. No one replied to my emails and in chat with assistant Aaron on their website I was also left without answer.
It is also not possible to call them, phone numbers don't work.

Maybe this review will get someone from this company to finally talk to me.

Worst experience EVER.
I will NEVER book my tickets with Myholidays.

Bad service

The whole day iam calling them to book my flight for tomorrow after many many calls someone took my information and said i would call u back, no one call me my flight after hrs i don't know what shall i do my ticket is open only i need to book and pay the difference they are not caring with customers i will make official complain and ask for compensation for delaying me from travelling no one do same mistake and deal with them ever i spent more than the price of ticket calling them and they didn't care

Refund charges 70% of the total amount pay very bad no matter how I try for them to get me a remark so I use the flight. But they choose to refund very bad agent

Scammers

I bought airline ticket with them first they send me E-ticket wrong return airlines and on day to return when I want to check in find out that return ticket was cancel by Myholiday travel they blame airline but I call airline and they said that My holiday travel cancel ticket now I try collect money for return ticket for over 2 month they put me on hold and they disconnected phone terrible experience! Do not try buy ANYTHING from them

MyHoliday says your flight is refundable but it is NOT TRUE. They lie about their terms and DO NOT GIVE REFUNDS even due to covid government shutdowns. The country I was scheduled to go to shut it's borders four days before my flight. I called immediately to arrange a refund. The people on the phone assured me I would get a refund. Later I received an email saying that I'd get the equivalency of 25 euros when I paid over 400 euros for my flight. Assuming it was a mistake I called and emailed. I called several times in 4 days and received zero help. They were basically stalling until I'd give up. Speaking with their supervisor was no help either. After not calling back multiple times after they said he would I finally got ahold of him. He was absolutely worthless. Tried to claim I was a no show since they hand never canceled my ticket. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM. YOU WILL REGRET IT. I KNOW I DO.

Scam Myholidays com

SCAM ALERT!

FAKE COMPANY IN QATAR. THEY SAY YOUR FLIGHT IS BOOKED... THEND SEBD A 2ND EMAIL SAYING FLIGHT FARE HAS INCREASED AND SRND YOU A LINK TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE. THEN WHEN YOU CALL THEM YOU HAVE A FAKE SOUNDING CALL CENTER OF INDIANS SAY TO STAY ON THE LINE. THEN YOU GET A LADY WHO SAYS YOU WILL BE FULLY REIMBURSED IN A FEW HOURS AND THEY WILL BE SENDING AN EMAIL AS NO TICKET WAS YET ISSUED. OF COURSE THEY ARE FAKE! THEN NO EMAIL FROM THEM AND NO REFUND.

You can stay where are

They will charge you for the ticket. The next day they reply that they working on that because you haven't received any email from them. And one day before departure they send you an email about the money refund, unable to reach you via phone and that the airline changed the conditions.

Worst Travel Company

This is the worst travel company I dealt with ever! I purchased a ticket, the amount was credited against my credit card and was sent a confirmation number stating that I will receive the e ticket at my email within 30 minutes otherwise I will be fully refunded.

It has been hours now and I have received nothing. I sent them emails which were not answered. I called them several times; they just leave you hanging on their call center with no one answering you while you spend a huge amount of money on an international call.
This is the worst experience ever. Beware of doing business with them!

Avoid at all costs

Booked a flight and wanted to change the dates. The experience was the worst i've had in my life:
1. First they tried to rip me off. Eventually we settled in an acceptable price
2. The flight dates they communicated to me and i assumed they were the correct did not match with the airline. I found out about this 10 days prior to the flight. I've been trying to reach them via email for 2 days and they have not been responding.

AVOID this terrible travel agent at all costs.

If I could give it a zero I would. Absolute scam. Trust me when I tell you any good review on here is a fake one from a myholidays agent! I paid for my ticket then I get a phone call from an indian scammer claiming that the airlines changed their rate and wants to charge me more money through an email link LOL and that if i dont pay immediately I won't secure a seat on the plane. Obviously I realized it was a scam and immediately called the numbers for support listed on my holidays (mind you I hadn't even received a booking confirmation at that point) when I call they tell me that the ticket was cancelled and that the money will be refunded! Why? It's because there's no ticket in the first place they make you pay and then pretend smtg went wrong with the booking and don't pay you back. Of course there is no refund or cancellation email after they tell you they'll cancel it.
Seriously be careful out there never ever book from a website unless it is directly the website of an airlines.
Please see attached the ridiculous scam email I received from these thieves.

Rude customer service

Shrankhala Peter so rude and Don't have proper info when ever I connect they all have different answers. Some this they make you wait 4/5 min I have to ask him again and again. When I said rude and I am going to writing reviews with your name /she start replying fast.

And still very dab service on refund.

Helped me in Urgency

I got an urgency and had to visit my friend in London. I was looking to book myself but there is not seat available in the flights. I contacted the team Myholidays and asked for a help. Mr. Max has helped me and arranged a ticket for me, many thanks to him. I was very happy bcz my friend got emotional after seeing me. Thank you Mr. Max for your help.

I booked a holiday package to Singapore through Myholidays. While the booking was smooth but I still had some questions. I called them and got no answer. They called me back after an hour. Overall, their services were decent and I had a great time with my family. The only drawback is their average customer care support.

No refund

When COVID hit my flight on Korean I booked through them was cancelled. My holidays would not refund the ticket, even though Korean gave the option. They would only give me a voucher for the next 3 months, fully knowing I would not be able to use it.
Don't use them.

The worst experience ever

I don't recommend it to anyone, they waited for long and eventually cancelled my flight in same day of the flight they asked me for extra money or refund. I told them you can not do that me on the same flight day, this had caused me lots of extra expenses. Now I'm going for legal action against them.

Late Refund

Tried to book Dubai flight using Myolidays. There was a problem due to which the flight got cancelled. I informed the same to customer care, they responded and initiated my refund a few weeks later.

Just lies

Jet2 staff at Manchester airport lied and intimidated my 19 year old daughter who was travelling with her older sister. They said to my daughter that the NHS recovery pass from Covid-19 was not allowed and she had to get a lateral flow test done at the railway station, putting all kinds of stress on her. I contacted JET2 customer service and asked if this was true and she said you can travel to Greece with Jet2 using the NHS recovery pass. The UK.Gov says you can and the Greek government says you can. Only Jet2 staff at Manchester say you can't. They said, and I quote, "this is Jet2's new policy", "this is the new EU regulation" and "Jet2 have not updated their website" which is absolute total lies. I hope they refund me the £40.00 that there incompetent staff have cost me.
