Careful from this agency.

I had the worst experience booking and rescheduling through them.

I always book through agencies to get better prices and as a frequent flyer I get support on ticket changes or other issues related with my flight.

With myholidays:
They offered a difference amount for a rescheduled ticket more than the original ticket price from the carrier website.

My lose was 800 SAR. My bad I decided to book with them.

Dont use complete rip-off.We were on american airlines site, somehow their site came up, Thinking we are still om AA site we puchased tickets. Printed tickets out, oh no guess what spelled my last name wrong. We then called them to get it corrected, another oh no They wanted more money for their mistake. It cost $ 150.00 to correct. They did not correct or send corrected ticket. After several phone calls and rude people, still nothing, also did not get a flight number. American Airlines said will change at ticket counter for another $ 50.00, Great just what I wanted to do. How can we get them closed down?! UGH Of course this company is not in the USA Does anyone know how to sue them? Stress and ANXIETY are here I cant get my camera or phone to down load right now!

This service is terrible. I bought the ticket in March 2022, and avia company cancelled the flight. I asked to refund my money - and the confirm than they will do it

Bun in fact during 6 month i had more than 70 emails and about 5 calls, and i still did not get my money.

They answered the same letters - "We are working on it" but in fact i did not get any real information when and how i can get my money back.

Im going to connect with police and lower

They are scammers with tons of hidden fees not suggested and don't ever be fooled by their prices and find any site else

Useless company. Spammers. Never use the site to book any tickets. Specially if your not sure of the dates. They literally deducted almost the whole amount after promising something else to me via email.

I should've known - so it was my fault for booking with an unknown online agency. We missed our flights in the U. K. back home. Myholidays never responded, even though we bought insurance for $100+ Just for this possibility

Save your money, stress, anxiety and book anywhere else but here
We bought business class to U. K. with our new flights (that weren't covered) we paid nearly $10k we could've flown BA first class for this cost
In my opinion this is a Scam - they sell you insurance - but no one responds- no one answers phones - they give you numbers for Dubai abd the other numbers are non working numbers

I booked my flight and cancelled within 10 minutes. My ticket to NZ was worth 9000 Qatari riyal but then, they offered to refund me 2600. It is 3 months now and they have been sending me emails faking the truth. It is based in Qatar and their services is one of the worst globally.

Company refuses to write a letter or email to our travel insurance company giving the particulars requested by our travel insurance company regarding our cancellation of our flights due to one party contracting covid just before the flight date. The insurance company knows flights were not refundable and just needs confirmation of the particlars of the cancellation. Numerous inadequate responses from MH avoiding the request with the same mantra, "check with your bank"; it's not our problem.

Do not trust this agency! I cancelled my air ticket & did not receive a refund though it is written on the ticket "it is refundable". And they won't even respond to emails/messages. Poor service.

SCAMMERS! I would never recommend to use this website. They will cancel your ticket and take your money!
I booked my ticket and fully paid. Later on they called me asking me to pay more to confirm my ticket! Once I paid more. My flight was canceled and didn't get refund!

It has come to my attention that booking through myholidays.com is a complete rip-off. I am disappointed to hear that the tickets that I booked and paid for will not be fully refunded. The reason for canceling the flight tickets is rather painful, my boyfriend's Schengen visa has been declined, and to now not get a full refund back gives it a bitter-sweet aftertaste. The tickets were purchased from Cyprus back to Dubai and I've done my research online regarding refunds prior to booking through the myholidays website and I've read positive responses. It has been said that I am completely in shock that I will only receive half of my money back, I've paid 3,052.97 AED and I will ONLY receive 1862. 03 QAR (1,878 AED). I've paid for these tickets with my own earned money that I work so hard for every day, and it is simply unacceptable to hear that I have to pay almost a full month's salary to your company for not taking this flight?!?

I am hereby requesting to revise your conclusions and be more flexible in these times. Having these terms and conditions towards your customers will only scare them away and I surely will never book through Myholidays.com

Do not book through this company. Indian scammers. Stay away! I did not received my refund. It's been 3 months and nothing happens.

This company is consisted of only a few Indian staff that cheating customers. I have the most horrible experience with them. First they generate a fake airline ticket. Then telling you airline is canceled actually they are the one canceled your trip. Your refund will never back to your account and you wasted the time trying to contact them and they will never be honest with you.

After searching skyscanner.net for 3 flights to Dubai 'myholidays.com' came out as cheapest direct option on Emirates Airline, by almost EURO300 cheaper than booking direct with Emirates.
However the day before the flights my daughter tested positive for Covid and we had to change the flights.
1) Myholidays.com wanted AED2825 (EUR680) to change the tickets to different dates even though Emirates charges nothing!
2) agreed to cancel and refund the tickets and return AED9002 (EUR 2169) even though I paid AED******* (EUR2803) and they claim 6 to 8 weeks for the refund to be processed.

Customer service replies promptly and even called me back twice, however their fees are ridiculous. I certainly will never use them again... I only hope they do actually refund the money...

Had a booking 2 years back. Flight cancelled and airlines refunded to the agency. When I contacted their representative from review section. Mr. Max called me and the issue was solved. Got a re booking. Thanks

Kenyan airways canceled all flights I had booked with My Holidays, I was informed a day before traveling date, after that they did not know when flights resume so I requested for a refund, days later flights resumed i asked them to rebook me since they have not refunded, they asked me for a date told them the next available date only for my holidays to respond to me after I sent them series of emails that they can not rebook, they have my money with the airline I just need another date. They are, not helpful and they do not care about the customer needs at all and they do not reply on time above all they told me they will take 45 % of the refund as taxes and what not yet the airline cancelled flights not me why take all that money? What's the use of customer service department when you dectate for the customer and not help them yet all is paid up and you have it. Worst experience ever.

Had a good experience for my flight to Sydney last month. Quite happy with the customer services representative at Myholidays.

Booked a ticket to Maldives through Myholidays for my new year vacation. Just returned few days back and wanted to applause the team myholidays for an amazing experience with them.
