Compre un par de Kit, que nunca llegaron, me renovaron una suscripción que no uso ni voy a usar, supuestamente me van a devolver 99 dólares y a enviar nuevamente los Kit, conclusión perderé lo invertido en el par de Kit y los seis meses de una suscripción que no utilizare.
Para terminar de rematar como dice un refrán popular, "tras de corneado, apaleado", hoy que me llega un reporte le banco el saldo de mi deuda no corresponde al valor que tengo en mente, consulto las transacciones y MyHeritage ha realizado el cobro doble, me dirijo al banco y ellos me certifican que efectivamente la responsabilidad es de ustedes.
Si hubiera posibilidad de dar cero estrellas lo haría.

Tenho algumas críticas ao suporte com relação a aprimoramentos que podem ser implementados no site e aplicativo. Deveria haver um canal para que os usuários pudessem apresentar sugestões para o aprimoramento do My Heritage. Eu mesmo teria várias sugestões de correções e aprimoramentos e desconheço a quem ou a que setor do My Heritage devo me dirigir para apresentá-las, e entendo que outros usuários também gostariam de propor correções. Cabe destacar que o suporte em português nem sempre está disponível para os usuários que tem esse idioma como básico. Não se trata, necessariamente, de erros, mas de aperfeiçoamentos que seriam úteis aos usuários.

MyHeritage is very helpful both in finding living relatives, and ancestors who have passed on. The Smart Matches make it easy to locate people in my own tree who are similar, if not exact, matches for those in another person's tree.

At renewal, I was contacted by MyHeritage, offering a subscription upgrade. I agreed to the upgrade largely because I was told a subscription to fold3 was included. After trying to utilize fold3 I found that wasn't the case and chatbot Eve told me MyHeritage doesn't have fold3 folded into MyHeritage. Not happy with the upgrade that they sold me on just so that they could set me up with automatic renewal of my subscription.

Answer: My issue was the automatic renewal without any kind of courtesy reminder prior to the effective date, as other businesses do. Advising one year in advance is a poor business practice. When I contacted them immediately on the renewal effective date, they refused to cancel and offered me a 25% discount. They eventually gave me the full refund but it was due to me turning it over to AMEX to resolve. I do however agree with the advice to base your renewal on your own personal experience.
Answer: You can find your site subscriptions via MyHeritage homepage - pull-down menu on the right upper corner button "Settings". Then click on "My purchases", and button "Site subscriptions". They are highly Sloppy and unprofessional in responding to customer request for assistance. Even though they have and excellent Technical Team. But recently a few problems have cropped up with the recent upgrade of the My Heritage Program and have sent in a request for assistance and till today 3-5 months later I have no response. Apparently the company believes that they can play games with the customers. I firmly believe that they have somehow gone into self destructive mode.

Answer: Hi After posting my complaint about MyHeritage on here I got a very quick response from some one called Dave at the company. He told me to send an email to [email protected] and add the subject Dave: sitejabber. He responded a couple of days later - I emailed on a Saturday - and the auto repeat on my subscription was cancelled and my money refunded within days. Hope this helps.
