I was having a problem viewing my list of over 3000 DNA relatives, and called the support line number. The staff member, Megan, was wonderful: patient, kindly, and in the end totally solved the problem. Rarely have I encountered a company with such good technical support. As an elderly woman for whom use of computers is never obvious, I so appreciate the care.
When we submitted our samples we mixed up our activation numbers. Working with JackO we were able to resolve the problem in 2 minutes. He was extremely cheerful, helpful and committed to resolving the problem. Great job!
I signed up for the free trial, realized that I didn't have time to work on the family project and wanted to opt out before the charge to my credit card. It was not possible to do this at their site (I wonder why) and the call center experience was horrific. If you're not sure you're staying with them, go somewhere else!

I sent my dna sample just 4 weeks ago, and nothing has happened. They even havent got my package. My friend from Finland sent his package at the same moment and he got about 2-3 weeks ago announcement that package has arrived and is going to lab. I called about my worry of my sample, but service person just said that just wait. I dont believe - just wait comment. They had lost somehow my sample. This is poooooorr service and especially attitude.

I'm sorry to read your low star review but I do sympathize with your wait time.
Your tracking is indeed something to be concerned about and therefore I will do my best to help.
That said, I would recommend waiting another week or so because unfortunately, there has been a slight delay in receiving kits that were sent to our lab in January and in some cases February because of the traffic during the previous holiday season.
That said, Each kit that is sent to us is processed carefully to ensure our DNA community gets the most accurate results.
In any case, I would like to offer you personal assistance with tracking your kit.

Nir was very helpful in sorting out and tidying up my accounts. My deceased father had a site which I needed to take over and I created one for my husbands family, making some errors along the way. Nir was able to provide very clear instructions to correct my errors and provided feedback to let me know that eveyrthing was now in order.
All I have to say is MyHertiage is the best site for Geneology research and I started mine in 2000 and have been to a few. I can't get to this site enough. The staff that dealt with my question was really helpful.
Megan helped and saved me! Needed to put a different name in for a friend and forgot. She helped me through the whole thing to get it correct, since I'm not that computer smart. Thanks again Megan!
The only complaint I have is: you say support is there 24/7! NOT! Tried to call several times and was informed they were closed. False advertising?

I find the software very user unfriendly and is not intuitive. It's very difficult to navigate. I had a question about my DNA test and had no problem getting through to support. However, it took over 2 weeks to get an appointment for a DNA support person to call me back. They did call exactly when they said they would and I was impressed with that. The person I spoke with (from Tel Aviv) was very professional and tried to answer my question as to why my DNA showed 94.5% English but my son's showed 0% English. I could follow the explanation but I don't necessarily accept it. Just doesn't make sense to me, and may have him take another DNA test from a different vendor.

I'm happy with the help I received from MH / support today, March 7,2018. But less pleased with my two phone calls yesterday, March 6,2018. I obviously came to the sales department, despite the fact that I chose numbers for support initially of the phone call. Sales manager meant he would turn over to support, which led me to get into the same loop of choice etc. I felt that I was not a good solution. The second time I tried to read a message, but I received no telephone response.
Otherwise, I would like to thank you for a well-established family reunification program. It provides many opportunities for building family tree and communicating this to other genealogical researchers.

I called MyHertiage last night, I have an iPad and had information in the wrong place and couldn't change it. Nicole was fantastic, she helped rework my tree that I had made a disaster out of! I had duplicates, people in wrong places, it was a real mess. Nicole worked with me for well over an hour to make everything right and she was so patient and wanted to make sure I was happy with everything! If I had a company I would love to have an employee like Nicole who cares about the customer! Thank you again Nicole!

As last year took a special to enrol but within a day realised not for myself. This year automatic renewed my subscription without my knowledge. I called and diplomatically explained the situation, A wonderful diplomatic lady listened and sorted out the problem. A pleasure to talk to her and realise there must be many abusive people call her. But personally THANK YOU.
Answer: My issue was the automatic renewal without any kind of courtesy reminder prior to the effective date, as other businesses do. Advising one year in advance is a poor business practice. When I contacted them immediately on the renewal effective date, they refused to cancel and offered me a 25% discount. They eventually gave me the full refund but it was due to me turning it over to AMEX to resolve. I do however agree with the advice to base your renewal on your own personal experience.
Answer: You can find your site subscriptions via MyHeritage homepage - pull-down menu on the right upper corner button "Settings". Then click on "My purchases", and button "Site subscriptions". Click "View details". The details contain section "Cancel subscription". Maybe you can get advice by mail from MyHeritage support team ([email protected]).

They are highly Sloppy and unprofessional in responding to customer request for assistance. Even though they have and excellent Technical Team. He told me to send an email to [email protected] and add the subject Dave: sitejabber. He responded a couple of days later - I emailed on a Saturday - and the auto repeat on my subscription was cancelled and my money refunded within days. Hope this helps.
