I paid the initial fee and within 48 hours I decided not to use their services. I wrote an email requesting a refund. They got back to me in a couple of days and promised that within 30 to 45 days I would recieve the refund. After 30 days, I wrote a follow up email and they said that the refund would arrive in 7-10 days, and it did! From what I understand they have new management and based on my experience, they are doing a good job!
