My mother had her DNA test with My Heritage and I think the results were very accurate. There is always room for improvement.
The customer care people were very gentle and supportive.
I have been enjoying my premium subscription to MyHeritage, which gives me a huge amount of information to add to my family tree. There is also the option to send a message to another subscriber (& possible distant relative). Today I had a question about contacting another subscriber whose link I could not find. I had a very friendly and helpful call with AoifeD in customer service. She explained a few things about using the site (still have not found the actual link I need but I'm on the way).
I phoned Saturday 14/04/18 and at last got an answer saying second in the Q to speak to a customer service person. After a short wait, the girl who spoke to me (who's name I forgot to write down) was amazing and so helpful and friendly. Gave me answers to all my questions quickly and spoke very good English. I only rated 4 out of 5 as I had over several phone calls had a problems when pressing extentions 1 to 5 that just kept going around and around and back to the beginning of answer phone? System problem or all busy consultants on calls... don't know as never explain if we were calling outside business hours or whatever?
After we paid for 2 kits we sent our adress in Russian language. Nobody told us that we should provide adress in English. We connected with support team and got answer very soon. After that we sent our adress in English and they confermed that our kits would be send as soon as possible.
I was able to confirm family oral history, using the names and dates associated with Grandparents. The fun and exciting part were surprising details regarding the military service, states and country's ancestors came from. I enjoyed the journey.

Nicole took a lot of time with me in separating my sisters account from mine and correcting mistakes that all first timers make. If you want to have the full tech support pay the extra money to get the premium plus deal.
