The Myheritage site now requires advanced software so I can no longer use it on my old computer. I am left with no alternative other than to use it on my mobile phone, but here it lacks functions, for example photo editing and the ability to connect and disconnect family members from parents etc. Reviewing smart watches is also harder on a phone so I don't do it as much anymore.

However, myheritage site has given me a wealth of information, exciting new contacts around the world, and supported me in a variety of ways over several years so that I now have complete faith in their assistance. Even when I have caused my own problem their highly specialized teams of customer support will have helpful advice. In my opinion, myheritage site is second to none.

My Heritage DNA Test kann ich nur empfehlen, besonders interessant ist das der 95 Test für mich genauer ist als der 2,5 Test, das sieht man speziell beim Ancient Origin Resultat, mein Vorschlag für My Heritage aus den Osteuropäisch,… ein Ostgermaniach zu machen, Grund dafür sind die DNA Funde im heutigen Osteuropa, bestes Beispiel die Wielbark Kultur, die ist Gotisch Gepidisch, die Rurik DNA Test sind auch inhaltlich skandinavischer Abstammung

Compré un kit de ADN, después me ofrecieron actualizar para mi salud, entonces me hicieron comprar otro kit para el tema de la salud, todo me lo venden en pedazos es una empresa que en vez de darme un paquete integral me da muchos paquetitos y todos los paquetitos son complicados, no hay una buena integración entre ellos no hay un paquete general. Mi error fue haber no visto las implicaciones de su empresa. Tengo que pagar una suscripción tengo que pagar actualizaciones y lo que me dan realmente está muy limitado. En las actualizaciones de salud me dan generalidades. Ya hubiera comprado los paquetes de toda mi familia pero eso implicaría que tendría que hacer las mismas actualizaciones que yo. Hay servicios de ADN que ustedes no me prestan por ejemplo a mí me gustaría saber a qué alimentos tengo baja tolerancia. Es un servicio que veo que muchas empresas brindan pero ustedes no Y si la brindan es complejo de observar.

Answer: My issue was the automatic renewal without any kind of courtesy reminder prior to the effective date, as other businesses do. Advising one year in advance is a poor business practice. When I contacted them immediately on the renewal effective date, they refused to cancel and offered me a 25% discount. They eventually gave me the full refund but it was due to me turning it over to AMEX to resolve. I do however agree with the advice to base your renewal on your own personal experience.

But recently a few problems have cropped up with the recent upgrade of the My Heritage Program and have sent in a request for assistance and till today 3-5 months later I have no response. Apparently the company believes that they can play games with the customers. I firmly believe that they have somehow gone into self destructive mode.

Answer: Hi After posting my complaint about MyHeritage on here I got a very quick response from some one called Dave at the company. He told me to send an email to [email protected] and add the subject Dave: sitejabber. He responded a couple of days later - I emailed on a Saturday - and the auto repeat on my subscription was cancelled and my money refunded within days. Hope this helps.
