Hi,

I have order cake and it was never delivered. I tried to reach the customer care and phone number mentioned in there website is never reachable. Try calling the phone number mentioned in website before ordering anything from this website. I noticed they are bumping review by adding fake reviews here.

Ordered Cake for birthday for delivery. Not shipped, Customer services support was the worst.
Order delivery address and date updated on website and no internal communications about the time and date of delivery.
No reimbursement for the order not shipped. Customer support not polite.
Do not order from this website. I do not recommend this website.

I have ordered a Customized Photo Frame and 1kg Cake to be delivered today at 9am for which I have paid RS 200 extra but unfortunately it was not delivered. While contacting their team they said we didn't receive my email with Photo. I send them the email with the Pic yesterday which they confirmed they received but it went to their spam folder. So is it my mistake that your team is not checking the spam folder. My Order was delivered and there is no terms that if order is cancelled no refund is available.

Our Surprised Party is spoiled due to negligence from this Company Pathetic Staff.
And when I asked my Refund request they Send me email that No refund will be initiated.

I feel liked I have been robed of my hard earned money.

WHEN I HAD TO ORDER FLOWERS, THEY SENT ME A LOT OF MESSAGES PER MINUTE THROUGH THE WEBSITE CHAT. NOW THAT I'VE ORDERED AND PAID FOR 100 ROSES AND THEY'VE BARELY DELIVERED 65, NO ONE IS RESPONDING TO THE WEBSITE CHAT, EMAIL, WHATSAPP AND PHONE. THEY ARE JUST THIEVES AND SCAMMERS.

Excellent service they provided. The products received were in very good condition. The Delivery of flowers and the cake was very well.

Never recommend this platform as they will spoil your special occasion by giving empty commitments. In addition the staffs behavior is very pathetic. Rather listening the customer, they shout back and disconnect the phone. Also they mention in their terms and conditions that they prefer fixed time delivery more but the truth is wen the time comes they simply escape by sending one email that, "the location is so far so it may take time and u must wait" more over they ask more money after the payment…. No proper refund policy. So please think twice before placing any order to them coz tey never value consumers.

They provide amazing products and best quality products in reasonable price which suits in my budget
