I have ordered a Birthday gift from UAE to India from My flower Gift site. On the delivery date they said that the item I have booked is not available, also they have asked additional amount for delivery. While booking they promised that they can deliver the items to my address without any additional delivery charges. But on the delivery date all of sudden they came and told me that they cannot deliver one of the items I have booked and they need additional charge for delivery. This should have told me while booking and confirming order, not at the last moment
We are ordering the items for our loved ones on special occasions and we would like to see the items were delivered on time and in good quality, they should understand customer feeling on this.
When I call the customer care to register this complaints, the lady who attended the call was so arrogant didn't even listened to my concerns and she cut my phone and didn't pick my call after.
My flower Gift company is a team of unprofessional, with poor customer support and wont keep their promise to customer to deliver the items on time.
This site My Flower gift is is a crap. I will not order any items from this.

Good service On Time and great quality I will use Just Flowers again. Prompt delivery and no fuss at a reasonable cost. Site is easy for ordering. They have not sent flowers yet so can not say anything about arrangement.
