I have opted for for a costly delvery option so a gfit to be delivered in the mid night. I hav ereminded the team until the day of delivery over the online chat and on whats app. They didnt deliver it on time and not updated me until i checked with them in the morning after i tracked the order showing the staus under process. They cut a sorry figure and gave the excuse that the delviery boy was sick.If any one is make an order to be delivered in the midnoight for your friends or loved ones, they don hav eany system of updating the customer of failed/delayed delivery excpet on the next working day by the time, the golden moment you have expected would have gone.
And the customer service: god help them. The worst response you would get when you would have upset due to the falied delivery.

Sorry to say but I don't recommend this site, It was supposed to be a surprise present and so I ordered a cake... But I was disappointed when my receiver sent me a photo and it was totally a different cake...
