Ordered socks. They claimed there was an attempted delivery. Never attempted delivery and according to the tracking it is several states away and has been there for several days. I tell customer service this. Definitely seems like it's someone translating using Google translate back and forth. Tells me I need to pick it up… how? Over a hundred miles away PLUS no address for where to pick it up in the first place. I paid for shipping insurance so I ask for refund. They will not provide a true refund. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!

Sold me a product for Father's Day, then told me a week later the product is out of stock then send me a link to a completely different product that looked AWFUL then I was told even if I chose the awful product there was no way I would have it by Father's Day. Tried to reach out online only to be met with complete stupidity with a statement of "we don't ship after purchase" and didn't understand why I was saying that made no sense. Asked to speak to someone else was told I'd have to come back in 3 hours THEN they ended the conversation.

I am beyond disgusted. I am now going to try and get my order made by a local embroidery company. I guess moral of the story is - support local business not companies who do not supply the product they advertised! Also, do not believe the reviews on their website- there is literally NO WHERE on that site you can put your reviews.

Awful experience. 0/10 would never ever recommend.

Had to order the same socks twice as they messed up the first order and also the second. I wanted an image of my dog on there for my son and it was just a black blur. All they offered was a voucher for THeIR mess up!? No thanks I won't be back! Awful. Should be a full refund for their errors.

My order never came in, ignored request for information. You will receive a tracking number, but it is a number of a letter weighing less that 10 ounces and it isn't going to your address. They also review their own company to make it look better than it actually is.
Fake company. Fake reviews.

Ordered a pair of socks.
Saw that there was a "vip" option for faster production. Unchecked this.
Went to check out and changed shipping time from rushed to regular.
Checked out.
Received email receipt with both vip and extra fee on shipping.
Emailed them immediately.
They emailed back a day later basically implying that if I didn't accept the shipping charge, they wouldn't be responsible for me receiving my order. So, in other words, do this or you won't get your order.
I said this is extortion cancel the whole order I don't want to deal with you.
A day later they write back saying they can't cancel it as is "already entered production".
Hahahahha.
This place is a total scam. DO NOT USE.
I will be reporting to bbb and my credit card company.

Item not arriving on time. Company sent fake shipping information from within the US at first. Then was told later product is in customs because it originally came from China. Product is late now, if I ever do get it. There are fake 5 star reviews published everywhere for this company. My experience seems to be like most real reviews… bad!

I ordered a special Christmas gift for my friend! When the pajamas arrived I was pleasantly surprised! The look and quality are so great! She is gonna be so tickled!

This is a great product, sadly I knew we were going to lose our much loved dog so wanted a memento. Ordering was easy and goods arrived within a week, very happy with the service

Way to small for a normal size 10 men's foot. No stretch in them at all. Pretty much just for show as they don't fit his feet

Honestly it exceed all expectations! My partner loves socks and i thought this was the perfect gift for father's day! So i put our newborns face on it with his first smile and it came amazing! Cannot wait to give it to him on his first father's day

I was weary of a printed product on which I supply the photo for as I was worried about the image quality but this site was top quality. The image was sharp and clear. Very happy with their product.

I bought a large queen mink blanket and a pair of socks.
The quality of picture transfer is fantastic on both
The blanket is so soft and cuddly, quite thin, but exactly what you want to rug up with on the couch or display on your bed.
The socks are a very cute, great size and quality, thin-medium thickness, but the material is not overly breathable. Still a great gift/gag.

I ordered socks for my daughters birthday. That was over two months ago. They sent me information that they were sent to an address in New York. The tracking info I had said they were sent to the wrong address in San Diego. They keep giving me the run around and will not refund me. Do not order from these people. They are scammers.

UPDATE: After going back and forth MyFaceSocks customer service, they said that this mistake was because the image was "hand-cut" by their team, not "computer cut," so the printing wouldn't be as the preview.

That makes absolutely zero sense. I am the one that uploaded and cropped the image before I submitted it, so I don't know why they would go back and "hand-cut" it.

As a business owner, I feel they are passing the buck to consumers and not delivering a product that is as advertised.

Their company is literally about printing faces on material items. They clearly haven't figured out how to do that if they are having issues such as these and refusing to take credit for their mistake.

I ordered socks as a goodbye gift for my team when switching jobs. The socks were not only misprinted (there were only 5 heads on each sock, not the 10 they guaranteed), there was at least one head on each sock that was cone-headed - like it got stretched in the printing.

The socks looked ridiculous and had a vast amount of dead space with no image.

When I contacted customer service, they offered me a 10% refund because they "couldn't resell the socks."

I wish I would have read these reviews before ordering from them. They seemed like a viable company with all their publicity. I guess it goes to show that big names don't mean great products.

The socks turned out perfect. Exactly how we wanted it. Amazing print of the face. My friend was so happy with it!

Has to be one of the worst items I've ever purchased online!

Purchased a bigger size they wouldn't even fit me (grown male) let alone my 12-year-old daughter!

The socks aren't even shaped like socks, virtually impossible to put on, when you attempt to put them on they become so stretched out they look like they've been dragged halfway around the block and look four years old! They're only printed colour on the outside and trying to attempt to put them on stretches them out so much the white colour from the internal part of the sock becomes visible!

I'd rather never wear socks ever again in my whole entire life than ever purchase socks from this company! Total waste of money, time and effort! The customer service skills are absolutely disgraceful as I can only guess I was dealing with people from a non-speaking English background, their email correspondence was pathetic to say the least!

I couldn't even get a refund or partial refund from PayPal as sided with the seller, I wouldn't be surprised if PayPal actually owns this company as well.

Great gift for my brother! It has great quality and the size are great I love it. Ordering 3 more pairs now! Love it!
