I ordered a mttress and bedhead and base paid 50% on afterpay and it is 16 days dont have purchases and MYDEAL keep saying the Seller is responsible not them. MYDEAL will not say when I will receive my purchases although the website said 7-10days. Cant contact MYDEAL by phone and they wont give you the Sellers phone number or address. I believe they are the Seller. I am sorry I used them I have contacted after pay to stop payment.
Ordered a Giants Chainsaw with the chain blade missing. Did not receive tracking details and I was unable to contact MyDeal without it. That setup is a scam and I will never buy from them again. I was trying to support an Australian business and how disappointed was I. If it wasn't for PAYPAL Consumer protection I would still have no Resolution.
Don't waste money, send a broken item and there is no mo yes back guarantee, get PayPal to involved.
This company appears to be a sham, no contact information. I dont know why ASIC and ACCC has not closed tham down. Share price is tanking and has never made a real profit.
I would never recommend using mydeal after the terrible experience I had buying from them when I lodge a complaint they keep sending me the same message to go to their help line but it did no good and when I wrote on their Facebook page they deleted my comments and other comments and then blocked me that just shows me how guilty they really are just very disappointing experience
They did refund my money... but only after threats about going to my bank... there sellers are dodgy.
They give tracking numbers and the status never ever moves from PENDING.
Someone needs to investigate this site.
These people don't respond to emails they too my money I have no product and now they won't contact me.
I ordered 2 boxes of barstools. One box arrived damaged and damaged seat inside. Other box was the wrong item. No tracking notification. Trying to communicate with these people online and it is shocking. They are offering me a part refund of $40 for the damaged item. Just disgraceful. How is this seller even allowed to get away with this behaviour.
I will never buy from them ever again and want to warn everyone else, I wish I had done my homework first because I see many unhappy customers on here.
Good quality. Good arrival times. Cheaper.

Some descriptions could be better written as I bought a large outdoor umbrella thinking it had a stand with it...
Also, I bought a bed base from Temple and Webster and found it afterwards on My deal much cheaper and no shipping fees!
I purchased a vidaXL dining setting from Mydeal (however the supplier was a third party called vidaXL). The setting arrived with a broken box, cracked chair leg, broken table top, broken frame and screws strewn around the box. I was offered a $35 refund or replacement parts. After advising that neither was acceptable and that the setting needed to be collected and a refund in full provided. The setting was collected on Monday and I have still not received my refund. Mydeal and vidaXl will not acknowledge my emails or refund. Fair trading and bank dispute it is. Stay well clear of both parties! The furniture is rubbish and their business acumen is zero.
Upon making an ordering mistake by ordering 2 chairs instead of one. I immediately contacted them whereupon they said they would rectify the order. Next morning my bank account showed credit monies returned. Only to later in the afternoon see debit for the amount for 2 chairs against my card, and the chairs had been dispatched.
MyDeal is the COVID19 of online retail! Independent? Directors James Joughin and Paul Greenberg need to ACT FAST to recover their reputations.
One purchase on MyDeal gets you inundated with unsolicited ads and referred sites through Messages that will drive you INSANE!
This is so bad that I have started an effort to track down the directors so they can fix the problem
I purchased a Bestway above ground pool a few weeks ago.
A short time later I received a message saying the purchase was being cancelled and money would be refunded at some stage.
I sent an email asking what the reason was and they said the product was out of stock.
I then checked that there was over 17 of the same pool on same dimensions available at a higher price.
I emailed them explaining this with photo proof and they then said they couldn't send it to me regional location. I informed them I can easily have it sent to Perth to pick up.
It seems they were happy to cancel my purchase to chase a high price
Keep Chinese crap basically. When you order and read the return policy, it states that there is no problem for ‘change of mind'. I am attempting to return a product that is not as described, so it's not simply a change of mind but a big disappointment in the quality and also not being what I expected. I receive a reply to my complaint and they basically want to keep a restocking fee of approximately 25% of the fee paid. Plus you have to pay for freight on top of that. I have no issue with paying for freight but not willing to accept that I will lose 25% of the cost (approx $60). I will be taking advice from Office of Fair Trading, as this ‘restocking fee' could be illegal, especially considering that it is not mentioned on their website at all to advise their customers that they will not receive a full refund. First I have heard of this in Australia but we are dealing with an American company.
DON'T BUY GOODS FROM THIS COMPANY. YOU DON'T SAVE MONEY WHEN ITS A RIP OFF!

I ordered a 10kg washing machine, you, my deal sent me a 7kg O have been trying to get in touch with customer service for a week, and have not been able to.
After about a week of e mails back and forth, with no resolution in sight I have decided to escalate this matter to V Cat.
I have called their phone number 03 6120 6121 many times, all you get is a recorded message, "thanks for your call"!
Today is Wednesday 18th. November 2020. On Monday I will start the V Cat process.
Answer: I simply would never use them again. Catch of the Day or Kogan are great.
